I
ordered
the
Noukou
Chicken
Ramen
and
the
Okonomi
Gyoza.
The
ramen
was
one
of
the
best
I
could
taste
here
in
Milan,
the
soup
in
it
was
a
flavor
bomb
but
at
the
same
time
it
was
light
for
the
stomach,
the
ingredients
were
delicious
in
their
own
way
and
while
they
were
flavorful,
they
didn't
cancel
out
any
of
the
flavors
and
instead
complemented
each
other.
What
stood
out
to
me
was
the
chicken.
It
was
tender,
its
skin
still
crunchy
when
it
was
served
to
me
and
every
bite
was
a
delight.
The
gyoza
was
amazing
in
its
own
way,
too.
It
was
crunchy
on
the
inside,
the
filling
inside
was
mellow.
The
included
toppings
were
a
plus
to
the
gyoza
so
I
would
recommend
them.
Every
staff
was
respectful
and
considerate,
showing
pleasant
expressions
for
everyone.
I
think
that
helps
build
the
atmosphere
inside
this
restaurant.
The
restaurant
in
itself
was
small,
but
do
not
fear,
it
was
cozy
and
big
enough
to
accomodate
people
and
make
them
comfortable.
Our
table
was
given
a
menu
for
each
person,
a
paper
with
an
allergen
guide
and
it
was
equipped
with
chopsticks,
tissues,
sesame
seeds
and
black
pepper.
They
can
also
supply
you
with
spoon
and
fork,
if
needed.
Everyone
I
saw
on
the
other
tables
who
were
eating
were
content
and
enjoyed
what
they
ate;
the
same
went
for
me
as
well.
