We took our last dinner and Milan here. The service was very friendly and regally helped us choose drinks and courses. Food was super yummy (I took the carbonara) and also the desserts - we took crème Catalan and tiramisu (this was the first time I had it with chocolate on top which was super different and yummy). The prices are vary reasonable too. The best thing is the ambience - this place is on a really small alley that has restaurants on both sides with tables outside, and it had really nice vibes, and they also have small blanket if you feel a little chilly.

Sergio was such a pleasant surprise as we were walking by deciding what to eat for lunch. He welcomed us to the menu and made us feel very special during our meal. We loved the caprese salad and our pasta dishes were amazing. Highly recommend!

Amazing food and service. Sergio is the reason I came into the restaurant. His hospitality is amazing. And they have homemade tagliatelle bolognese pasta. 12/10 would recommend. Great vibes and atmosphere too for a night in Milano!

Went here as a walk in spur of the moment choice and had a great experience. The beef tartare was exceptional and had some lovely twists which elevated one of my favorite dishes to memorable. As I was in Milan had to have risotto Milanese and there's is as good as any I've had. Food presented beautifully, care and attention to detail, and most of all, exceptional taste and quality. Started seated outside however was just to hot, was readily and happily reseated inside. Staff professional, helpful and friendly. Sometimes it pays not to plan and go with what you find, eating here a case of that.

Nice outdoor seating with a lovely atmosphere. Staff where very friendly and service was good. The menu had lots of options and the food was very tasty. Would recommend.

Amazing little place 15min walk from the Duomo. Best beef truffle tartar we’ve had in Milan. But the service is without a doubt the best part, truly recommend it. I want to come back to visit their next door pizzeria which looked and smelled amazing as well.

Great food that won't break the bank is always a win. Ossobuco con sounds delicious paired with a fantastic Rosato. It's wonderful that everything from the service to the food is top-notch. I highly recommend this place. Cheers

We ate here on a Friday night and were so impressed we returned for Sunday night. Food is delicious and well priced. Service is prompt and friendly. I had the clam pasta with anchovy sauce first night and meatballs with tomato and mash. Both dishes excellent. Mixed salad comes with shaved carrot and corn, very fresh and I love the Italian style where you are provided olive oil, balsamic, salt and pepper to dress to your own tastes. Good selection of yummy desserts, large cocktail list. Had espresso martini no sugar syrup (nice strong espresso flavour), negroni and wife enjoyed s*x on the beach. Lovely restaurant. Sat on the pavement so had time to do some people watching. Service was fairly good, although we had about 3-4 waiters serve us which was confusing. Food was good and they were accommodating with a request of carbonara with tagliatelle ⭐️

Sergio and the entire staff were outstanding. We ate for lunch everything was delicious- beef dish and pasta all fresh - never rushed and so very friendly. Chat with Sergio he as been all over the world he took amazing care of us. We have traveled all over italy and eaten at many a cafe. This was a true experience of the hospitality of Italians! ❤️❤️❤️

We took a left onto the via Brera and the hotel front desk said go to Brera Region. So we walked per his instruction. Sergio, the head waiter at the first restaurant we encountered invited us in to a table for outdoor dining. I was looking around and questioning myself for settling in this restaurant so quickly. But that doubt quickly went away as we experienced excellent food. Exceptional vino and atmosphere. I loved the lasagna. Professional staff matched the fresh perfectly prepared foods. I would not hesitate to revisit Sergio and his excellent team at Brera 29 when in Milan again.

We ordered Aged Ham with Melon, Knife-Beaten Beef with Pistachio, Citrus Risotto with King Prawns, Bone marrow with Risotto, Fillet of Fasdona and couple of cup of cocktail, everything is excellent.

I had the best experience for lunch! The service and food was amazing!! Our waiter recommended and paired our meals with the best wine recommendations. Our whole experience was 5 stars! I would 100% recommend this restaurant.

There were some rude customers offending the staff, but the staff was so professional and kind. They showed so much professionalism. We will never forget the kindness of the staff! Me and my friend have 2 different meals. Me- pasta with pistachio pesto. Really good,but coud be better(maybe more of ricotta I guess- it wasn't a lot of it) My friend has traditional carbonara and she didn't like it at all. I couldn't check because I am vegetarian. She couldn't even it all, even she was hungry.

A very friendly restaurant with lively staff and jovial Sergio presiding over all. The food was fresh and tasty, the only downside was a very long wait between appetizers and main - which the staff seemed abashed by and apologised profusely, but we never found out why! We had the poached egg on tempura asparagus and Parma prosciutto crudo to start - both excellent. Then we had pasta with pistachio pesto - really different, fresh and wonderful - and linguine with seafood - very fresh but a little salty. The atmosphere is great and the location is really fun for a little people watching, in a great area of town. Overall, would highly recommend!!

Everything went well here but the carbonara was way to salty and coteletta was ok. So nothing amazing. Pasta is home made and that’s great.

We had veal milanese(cotoletta), tagliatelle al ragu, baked potatoes and paccheri al pesto. Veal milanese was nice. They insisted that they cant change the written sides (rocket and cherry tomatoes) so had to order baked potatoes separately which usually comes with cotoletta at most other places. Ragu had a heavy smell and taste so won't recommend that. Paccheri was ok. Staff was nice in general

Excellent experience! After a couple planned fancy dinners we stopped here and ended up coming back on our short stay in Milan. Sergio who greets you is a gem. And he and Fernando know their wines and food! Enjoy the street view in Brera along with the excellent pasta, fish, pizza, wine and staff at Brera 29! Great price point.

We had a wonderful time at Brera 29, the food was excellent and the service perfect ! Sergio is very nice with his client and the other waiters are very kind. I highly recommand !!

Very delicious and staff is very friendly

We went there on a Friday night. Don Sergio and all the staff were very friendly. I ordered a beef Filet (delicious) we had a glass Cabernet and a very good Reposado Tequila. It was very good. The waiters keep checking if we needed something. I totally recommend this place because of the good food, good service and good prices. You can sit outside, enjoy a drink and watch people walk by.

Originally convinced by Sergio outside to eat here, the food was amazing, such a nice restaurant and a lovely location with amazing service especially from Sergio who was very warm, welcoming and friendly, he gave us great recommendations for Como, couldn’t ask for a better host, thank you for a lovely evening Sergio!
