The place does not correspond at all to the height of this location. I ordered Tagliatelli fungi, which cost 18 euros. Since the price was not particularly low I thought that, the food might be worth it. Not only was the food poor served, but it was not tasty at all. I left the plate almost full. Then I refused to pay for something that didn't even look and taste like 18 euros. Then suddenly the staff turned out to be very rude and I was accused of "not having any taste". This place is a shame for Italy.

Worst service we've had in Italy, by far. Food quality is hit or miss (some plates were good, others were very bad we had to leave them as-is). This is a touristic area so expect some overpriced dishes with little variety. What really made it a horrible experience is the attitude of the staff. I would avoid this place.

We had a dinner after new year, and we were really satisfied. İ had pizza and my boyfriend had salmon, both dishes were good and delicious. Restaurant itself is very cozy and calm. Prices are fine, if you consider restaurant being next to Piazza Duomo, which is a very expensive part of the city. İ really dont get the bed reviews written for this place. We had a great experince, and i personally will visit again when i come to Milano. P.s. my recommendations go for limon sorbé, which was one of the best i had.

I personally did not have much problem regarding the food. The service was not bad. I had Ossobuco Risotto. It was much more delicious than the one I tried in another restaurant inside the Galeria Vittorio Emanuele II. The only problem was the couvert. It was not fresh at all. Overall, I cannot complain that much.

We chose this place for a quick bite at lunch because it had a lot of options under €20 (compared to others in the Galleria). Staff were rude throughout. I'm celiac and inquired about a few dishes including the gnocchi, surprised to see it was marked as having gluten in it (per the allergen list on the last page). The waiter told me it was made with mushrooms, potato and corn flour, no wheat. When I pointed it out on the allergen page he barked, "It has 3 ingredients. I told you the process, what do you want?" I'm not sensitive to cross-contamination and after eating half the dish it was obvious it had gluten in the ingredients. Awful start to a full day of sightseeing. I do not recommend for celiacs.

We got in and after 30 minutes we got out hungry, angry and disappointed, with the pizzas you can see in the photos, the waiter put his hands on me and menace to call the police too. Horrible experience. Full story to follow. We were pretty hungry and the place is in the fanciest place in milano, so we got in, they placed us in a horrible sit near the dish holder, 5 minutes later we ordered, then they took 5 minutes to bring 0,5 lt of water (that we paid 4,50 euro)and than we spended more than 20 minutes for two pizzas , seeing people that got in after us already eating, hearing the waiters talking about gossips very loudly over the sound of the dishes; so at that point we decided to go somewhere else, i know it's not nice to go away like that, but we were physically proven by the restaurant. They forced us to wait and pay anyway, menacing to call the police otherwise, calling us liars because "we were waiting only by 10 minutes" and they wrapped the pizza as u can see in the pictures... i know it's not even legal wrapping food like that in italy, and the pizza itself was ruined, not that was good to start with. I guess it's a good experience only if u know the owner and you are not a tourist. Per gli italiani: hanno messo la carta stagnola sulla mozzarella, 1 stella.

The food was good, but extremely overpriced and was served in small portions. The killer is how much they charge for beverages. It's simply outrageous. During my meal, I saw the manager turn away a party because they wanted a specific table that he likes to sit at when he's not busy. That said, it was a fine meal until it was time to get the check. I had to ask several times to get the check although the staff was not particularly busy. I had to practically beg a staff member to take my credit card and run the purchase. Worst service ever. I will not be going back and urge others to go somewhere else.

My family and I came here for lunch on Christmas, and we weren’t very hungry because we had a large breakfast. Then, the woman and man working there rudely told us we had to order four dishes for four people when we only wanted two to share. Terrible experience and never going back again.

I ordered chicken breast with porcini mushrooms... The first plate had a hair in it, so I asked for another one ... The second one had one raw piece of chicken breast, so I ate only the cooked one. It's a pity, cause the service and the location are really nice, but the food is really disappointing. I appreciate they didn't charge for my plate, but I still leave this review in order to draw attention to improve the quality of the dishes.

We visited it twice first time as OK I will leave photos and video.. Second time we ask for Cacho Pepe they cut us some ravioli with red tomatoes sauce extremely spicy.. I not that expert in Italian cuisine, but I’m sure that was not right.. also, they are adding some additions on the bill. Stay focused.

The food was nice and clearly not as expensive as the rest of the restaurants located in Galleria. Our waitress was amazing, she actually recommended us an amazing dessert. The service was fast, even if the tables were full. We went there twice, and even had a live music night.

Avoid this restaurant. They were four us dining and we ordered three dishes to share as the pizza size was pretty big but was told by the waiter that each person has to order something. First time we encountered this despite visiting Italy several times. At end of meal he had the cheek to request for a tip! Food was mediocre for the service (or lack of) that we had to put up with.

We ordered Aperol o Campari and it was served in a plastic glass. When you go to an overpriced place like that and pay 12 euros pro glass, you at least hope to get it in a glass made of glass not plastic.

Not even worth a single star! The food is heavily overpriced. And thinking about the amount you pay, don't expect something that fills your stomach. It was really served in small portion. And I don' t want to write anything more about the service, the waiter started acting rude once they get to know that we are not going to order anymore! Terrible place for Milan standard!

This place has a very simple Italian menu that they manage to execute poorly. Wet pizzas, risotto Milanese had the consistency of mashed potato. Has to be one of the worst value for money restaurants in Milan. Avoid.

Our family visited this restaurant twice a week because a set meal was offered, €29 per set meal including the bread, main course, dessert and a bottle of sparkling/non- sparkling water. The food was good and the desserts like tiramisu & pineapple cake were excellent. We would say the price for set meal was fairly reasonable within the area of Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II.

The daily special tasted as though it has been reheated several times, yet part of the meatloaf was still cooler than warm room temperature. The ravioli was decent. There was no point in complaining as the service was non existent. We started as the only customers and based on the other reviews it makes sense why. Beautiful restaurant only due to location, which they seem to be capitalizing on. Go elsewhere.

I love this restaurant! First of all, the stuff is so friendly and can sure give you the best advice for what to eat. I ordered Ossobuco; the meat is so tender, the sauce is well season and pair really well with perfectly cooked risotto. On top of that they have homemade panna cotta and tiramisu. The panma cotta taste like heaven. I will come back for sure!

Delicious pasta and the server (older gentleman) was very kind. Fairly priced for the location, inside Galleria. The outdoor seating was heated and very comfortable :)

The waitor was a great man from south of Italy. He was so nice and welcoming. The beer and the wine was amazing. The special Parma ham for antipasta is a must to try here. :)

They are cheaters ! We asked for two double cappuccinos ! They brought us two normal cappuccinos in a normal cappuccino cup and when we asked for the check , they asked us to pay 4 cappuccinos . We paid 24€ for two coffees( 6€X 4 cappuccinos , just for two people )! Do not go there! They are cheaters ! They do not deserve your money! I wish they close

The staff is very nice. The 4 formaggi pizza was good and I loved the tiramisu (just a bit small).

I had some very tasty bolognese with carciofi pasta. My boyfriend had lamb, which was horrible. Overcooked, hard and chevy. The potatoes had a strange taste and smell. Aperol Spritz tasty, but the red wine terrible. The owner was sitting in the restaurant staring at us all the time, watching every move of the clients. In the restaurant is an awful smell, old and stuffy. The prices too high for the services and food. 👎👎

Everything in the restaurant was elegant and well placed. The food was excellent, I had salmon with spaghetti, and the dessert, a tiramisu, was really smooth. The staff was very pleasant and professional.

Definitely my worst experience in Italy. Food wasn't good. The service was horrible. They overpriced us on purpose because they didn't think we ordered enough. Stay away.

Unbelievable Staffs, cover charge of €6 ? Food was already expensive with the portion and there’s nothing on the table other than what I ordered, I would have given them a tip if they didn’t charge me €6 ! TOURIST TRAP !!!

Had the set meat menu - tagliatelle with ham and mushroom and fillet of beef wi to dessert of tiramisu and bottled water - all for only €29. Good value for money in an otherwise expensive and upmarket location.

If I could give it zero star, I'd definitely would!! I found an eyelash in the pizza, told the waiter and he told me that's the salsa!! It's super obvious and instead of apologizing he was arguing that there is nothing!! Truffle pasta was super salty to an extent I couldnt finish half of it!! Waiters are very arrogant! Don't waste ur money!!!
