    The service at this Chanel shop is a disgrace of the Chanel brand and reflects poorly on the management of the store. The manager of this store should be ashamed (just search LinkedIn and you can easily find out who the boutique director is). If the leadership at Paris is concerned about the prestige of the brand, it should investigate the management of this particular shop and find out why the staff display such poor attitude. The staffs in the shop look like they do not want to be there at 12pm when the shop has just opened. Many others stand around the shop without offering any assistance while we were actively trying to inquire on an item. The shop was also relatively empty at that moment. We saw one staff serving a customer with an impatient attitude and tone and decided to walk away for our own sanity. For a manager to tolerate its staff to act this way probably reflects that the boutique director is incompetent and unable to create even a bare minimum service culture. We are deeply disappointed that a brand we have supported over the many years and care about is tarnished by this experience in Milan. We were not surprised to see that many others have experienced what we do as well in the reviews. I can only say the boutique director simply does not care. What’s the point of blasting a huge billboard in front of Duomo when the brand is not living up to the Parisian standards at all at its Milano “flagship” store? Please bring your money somewhere else people! There are many brands down the street with excellent service or even just basic manners that a human being treat each other with. Stay safe and stay away from here! Happy shopping (elsewhere)!

    I was so lucky to visit the store on a day that there is almost no one. I could explore the store and sales were patient to answer any questions. Pity that quite some shoes were out of size, didn’t get what I wanted. I wanted the new ballerina. But overal very happy with the experience. If you go early in the morning during a weekday, there is usually no lines, after 3pm you will always need to queue almost.

    Terrible service. They get so many tourists, no one cares to help you at all. Waited 30 min to go inside, and waited another 1.5 hours inside without being helped. Had to leave without even getting to see a bag. Funny experience to try to spend thousands of dollars and get treated like garbage.

    Worst experience out of all the Chanel stores I’ve been to. They make you queue outside first then when they let you in there is another “invisible” queue inside. This was not mentioned to us, we had to ask to get this information. When asking how the queue works as there is no visible line, the person addressed us in a rather rude manner saying we are “NUMBER SIX NUMBER SIX” in the line… However, people who entered after us in the queue outside of the store got served before us because they rushed to speak to the SA once they were available. We didn’t even bother to stay and wait for an available SA. Really bad experience. You shouldn’t be treated with ill manner regardless any circumstance, but being spoken and treated to in this way in a luxury brand store like Chanel is shocking and disappointing.

    Excluding the long wait outside to enter the shop, and then the wait inside until a sales assistant is available, it was a nice experience. The staff were patient and helpful with choosing. I was able to fill in the tax free form rather easy, however I had to wait even more to pay

    Horrible customer service. Sales assistants are ignoring everyone and if you ask anything they are just annoyed and don’t help you anyway. I’ve never seen such bad service

    Really bad customer service for a luxury store. About 20 shop attendants standing around none of them acknowledge you and we had to interrupt one in order to learn that there is a wait. Effectively, 2 out of 20 people can actually serve you.

    THANK YOU BARBARA!! My husband and I came by this boutique on the 29/08/22. There was no line, we were directed upstairs and didn’t even wait long until we were assigned an SA. Barbara was absolutely gorgeous!!! She was incredibly sweet, genuine, and warm. They didn’t have the bags I was after but I did try on 2 – one tote was stunning and the other (Business Affinity) was exactly what I wanted in colour but not in the right size/ it was HUGE on me – she was even honest about this. It would’ve been an absolute pleasure to buy my first (big) Chanel purchase from Barbara and if I had lived in Milan, I would’ve loved to have Barbara as my SA! Even though I wasn’t able to buy anything here, thank you for such a wonderful experience Barbara 😊

    TOURIST TRAP!! Just don’t go here! We went at 11am on a random Tuesday, still waited 2.5 hours to get inside, sorry but no bag is worth waiting this long. When we look inside the window, we don’t see anyone inside. They need to hire many many more salespeople. Avoid avoid avoid!

    I was a little shocked by how cold the staff were in the store. They didn’t serve us any drinks and it seems like they serve water in plastic cups which was a little underwhelming for a place that charges you 10k for a bag. And the craziest thing was that the box for my chanel classic flap wasn’t even wrapped with a ribbon and camellia flower 😦 I definitely won’t return to this outlet again..

    The Chanel store in via Montenapoleone is the worst luxury boutique I’ve ever been to. We had to wait 30 minutes outside due to a long queue that was made even longer by some clients bypassing it because “they had an appointment” with the staff. Once in, the staff is unpleasant and arrogant, they don’t know the details of the new collection and don’t have a clear idea of the items they are selling. Furthermore, they can’t even propose items in alternative to what’s missing in the store. I’d expect a completely different service, in such a “boutique”.

    I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of products in this store, although I must admit that the staff's attention to customers could be better. Nevertheless, thanks to my clear vision of what I was looking for, I managed to find a splendid handbag from the new collection for a gift. Overall, despite some minor drawbacks, the shopping experience turned out to be successful and satisfying.

    Terrible experience. My husband bought a pair of sneakers in this store to offer me, size 38.5, but the size was too big despite the fact that in other models I wear a size 38.5. As we don't have a Chanel store in our country, I contacted the store by phone to confirm if they had a size 38 in stock, which they confirmed that they did, and that I asked them to book me for the next week as my husband would travel again to Milan. I was told it was totally against the rules in an arrogant and rude way, and that they couldn't make reservations without exception. Despite being unhappy, I understood the situation. Arrived the week to travel again to Milan on the same day, I called the customer support number and they confirmed the stock in the store of the size I wanted. My husband immediately went to the store to exchange it when they confirmed that they had the product in stock but it was reserved for a customer.... reserved for a customer who had paid for half the sneakers... I never heard nothing like that on a Chanel store... In my case it was not possible to reserve the sneakers, that were totally paid, but for this client who paid half it was.. In addition, the dislike in the store was immense, and without any justification they did not wanted to refund the amount paid, claiming that I would have a credit for one year. Disgraceful service and disgraceful attitude! This Chanel store never more!

    I will start by saying that I waited in line for 2hr and 15 min but I got the most special and amazing experience ever. First of all if you r not willing to wait for long time book an appointment via the website because for them the priority is for the people who booked already After all of that my SA IRINA is the best at what she is doing very welcoming helped my alot gave my different options and even tried to look for some items in different channel stores around Europe We talked alot she make us feel very comfortable and take care of our needs I got exactly what i came for and more I got love and attention from her as well Yes people tend to mention the bad experiences not the good but the SA can’t simply say no because she don’t want too she will say no because it’s the only store in milano and people of all around the world are coming to get something from them . Im just so thankful for my experience and I wanted to share it and i will mention what my SA told me She said that people are coming to spend a lot of money here so we want them to get the best shopping experience not to leave unsatisfied and 100% she wasn’t only SA to me we shared a lot we laughed and she made me so happy and gave my my dream bag ♥️ Im so thankful for her

    Arriving a day early, I was informed the shop was full, and I got to make an advance appointment for the next day. Despite punctuality, I still have to wait for two-hours before getting assited. Throughout, there was no updates on wait times. Guests arriving later was served before me and I have to constantly approach the hostess to inquire about my position in the line. The lack of communication and seemingly arbitrary order of service was very disappointing. When it's finally my turn, I was told that the item I was looking for is out of stock when the store displays the exact color I want. The long waiting and the misleading displays on shelf creates so much confusion and disappointment. I was then told that unless i have an appointment with a specific fashion advisor then the waiting time will be shorter.

    Came by just to take a look quite late at night, was let in immediately. Carolina was assigned to help us and I have nothing but good words to say about her. She took her time showing us everything we wanted to see, even offering to let us try pieces we didn’t ask to. She also made a real effort to recommend bags for my friend based on what she mentioned she liked. She took the time to show us around, didn’t rush us to make any choices either. The selection here is also much more extensive than the other store. She really gave us the best experience :-)

    I just wanted to say thank you the lady who is very professional to be a SA at Chanel boutique even we are Chinese & u know I have 3 weeks trip in Europe & lazy to dress up or wearing all my branded stuff during visit this boutique, she never look down on us & I got this mini black 😊. I forgot her name but she have beautiful big eyes & very tall. Personally feel Italian services is good as my first Chanel bag also got in Italy many many years ago….I’m sure will back soon!

    You feel like nobody takes care of you in this store. No matter what you are interested in, you may spend 30 min inside just waiting, until someone notice that you need help. And may be they even won’t at all

    Terrible service!!! Don’t come!!! Or you are ready to wait for an hour and you will get nothing back!:) They are intentionally not letting the customers to get inside even though it’s really hot outside! And they also don’t let you to take pictures! You will find really difficult to buy any stuff for your friends or relatives since they are not allowing you to take pictures! DO NOT COME!!!!!!!!!!! Rubbish!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I really loved this store. . Or maybe the shop assistants I met were really nice :) even though we only went to browse the second time, the staff were really nice and friendly and answered all our questions really well. . Even with the language barrier, they made sure we understood what they wanted to convey to us. . I'm really happy with the overall experience! I think one of their names was Manuela. . But even otherwise, I was wearing some casual clothes with zero luxury brands, and I never once felt unwelcome. . They showed us all the products we asked for and the ones that weren't available, they showed us through the screen that it really wasn't available. . I'm glad that there is such a transparency in the system and I'm really happy with the overall experience 😊

    On the contrary to what most of the reviews here said, I had a rather pleasant experience with Chanel in Milan. The SA who served me was Stephan and he was very patient with me as I tried a few pairs of sneakers, finding the right size. He took time to look for the bag I wanted and also belt and earrings. Will visit again!

    Unprofessional and careless sale staffs. Maybe the item I wanted was not significant enough to them, not only they served the latecomers first, the staff who pack my item handover it to me with single hand while chatting with her colleagues and more importantly she forgot(really?) to remove the security tag inside to have the guards held me at the exit.

    SA Leonardo was the worse staff I experienced in a luxury store. Waited in the cold for 45mins and expected me to choose my wallet within the next 1min. When I asked to give me 5mins to decide, he said that there was a queue, took the tray of wallets, and left me alone waiting. The only nice persons were the security guards who asked if anyone was tending to me when they saw that I looked lost and alone. Finally another SA attended to me, she was nice but I forgot to note her name. Also note that most of their items on display are not for sale and a lot of their items are out of stock. You have better bet in other outlets outside of Milan.

    There was basically no bags available for sale (perhaps 3 pieces available in total) but the customers were still made to wait in line outside and once inside the shop, apart from one of the ladies manning the entrance, the staff continued talking amongst themselves and were rather rude.

    Horrid experience. Waited for 1.5 hours just to get inside. Once inside it turns out you wait again to be paired with a personal shopper. While you wait they do not let you browse around, they don’t offer your water nor do they make you feel welcomed. It is as though you they are doing you a favor by speaking to you. The inventory is so low it is laughable. If they have double of something of something it is for display only. Additionally their VAT refund machine is broken. I saw a woman turn away after selecting three pairs of shoes and two suits! I was only looking for a purse but there was nothing to buy!

    Good afternoon My husband came to the Chanel boutique in Milan (via sant andrea 10/a), and showed them a photo of my seasonal wishlist. The only bag that was available was a pink one with a heart lock. Naturally, the husband did not look at the bag and did not measure it, he simply said he took it, they packed it for him, he paid and went. He didn’t issue tax fries, he put the bag in a suitcase and brought it. When I unpacked it, it was damaged. Unacceptable service, the bag costs 5400 euros, it is impossible to believe that the consultant could afford such an oversight.
