The
service
at
this
Chanel
shop
is
a
disgrace
of
the
Chanel
brand
and
reflects
poorly
on
the
management
of
the
store.
The
manager
of
this
store
should
be
ashamed
(just
search
LinkedIn
and
you
can
easily
find
out
who
the
boutique
director
is).
If
the
leadership
at
Paris
is
concerned
about
the
prestige
of
the
brand,
it
should
investigate
the
management
of
this
particular
shop
and
find
out
why
the
staff
display
such
poor
attitude.
The
staffs
in
the
shop
look
like
they
do
not
want
to
be
there
at
12pm
when
the
shop
has
just
opened.
Many
others
stand
around
the
shop
without
offering
any
assistance
while
we
were
actively
trying
to
inquire
on
an
item.
The
shop
was
also
relatively
empty
at
that
moment.
We
saw
one
staff
serving
a
customer
with
an
impatient
attitude
and
tone
and
decided
to
walk
away
for
our
own
sanity.
For
a
manager
to
tolerate
its
staff
to
act
this
way
probably
reflects
that
the
boutique
director
is
incompetent
and
unable
to
create
even
a
bare
minimum
service
culture.
We
are
deeply
disappointed
that
a
brand
we
have
supported
over
the
many
years
and
care
about
is
tarnished
by
this
experience
in
Milan.
We
were
not
surprised
to
see
that
many
others
have
experienced
what
we
do
as
well
in
the
reviews.
I
can
only
say
the
boutique
director
simply
does
not
care.
What’s
the
point
of
blasting
a
huge
billboard
in
front
of
Duomo
when
the
brand
is
not
living
up
to
the
Parisian
standards
at
all
at
its
Milano
“flagship”
store?
Please
bring
your
money
somewhere
else
people!
There
are
many
brands
down
the
street
with
excellent
service
or
even
just
basic
manners
that
a
human
being
treat
each
other
with.
Stay
safe
and
stay
away
from
here!
