This is one of the best hotel in Milano. One of the best designed hotel I've been to. Nice and friendly staff. The location is a bit remote from the duomo.

Donā€™t often give 5 star reviews. But this is an exceptional Hotel. Not just the design, which you would expect from its name. But the team that run it at all levels, do all they can to enhance your stay. Great people, great product, great hotel.

Do yourself a favor and stay here when you are in Milan. It is a delight to know that there are still people in the hospitality industry who are very professional like the Armani Hotel Milan team. Ilaria had been very helpful from planning our stay up to the last minute helping us making sure our stay is the most comfortable and memorable. Thank you Ilaria, you got a wonderful team ā˜ŗļø

Luxurious experience staying in the hotel for a special occasion. Stylish design of the rooms, nice fragrance all around, very attentive people on reception, in guest relations, in both restaurant and the Bamboo bar, in SPA area, who make you feel welcome. Thank you for making our stay so special!

Another level of hospitality.. the location is in the heart of Milano, the mix of decoration and colors is outstanding, the Spa is the true meaning of serenity..luxury and peace of mind. My top choice in Milano.

ARMANI HOTEL MILANO is a sophisticated hotel offering a spa, indoor pool, and a gym. Armani Hotel Milano brings the brandā€™s hallmark sophisticated simplicity to the world of hospitality. A world of elevated beauty and highly glamorous luxury in an exclusive location, defined by an Armani-style welcome. The perfect place to create memorable experiences.

The service is extraordinary. Everyone we interacted with was genuinely enthusiastic about helping. The location is great. Close to everything, in the middle of everything, yet quiet and peaceful inside. The room is more focused on "cool" than functionality. Lots of wasted space yet lacking essentials like an area to sit or good closet space. The bathroom is great!

This is undoubtedly one of Milan's most iconic hotels situated in a perfect location about a 10 min walk to the Duomo. If you like clean lines and uber modern minimalist design then this is the place for you. The attention to detail is impeccable with everything from the ultra modren designer furniture, the catwalk coiffured staff to the sleek black complimentary toothbrush. The service is exemplary and the staff are attentive, available and quick to help. However, for us it was definitely style over substance. We spent 3 nights in a deluxe room, which was just about large enough to accommodate an ample king size bed and not much else. This led into a bathroom which was almost as big as the sleeping space with a lovely large bath to relax in after a hard day of designer shopping, and off which there was a very claustrophobic toilet in which those who have a daily practise in yoga definitely have an advantage in manoeuvring around than those of us with a more rigid spine. Next door is another equally shoebox sizedĀ  shower room, but the shower itself is really powerful once you figure out how it works. I guess the space in the bathroom is there to cater to those who need room to dress up to the standards expected by the Milanese jet set and then be able to do a mini catwalk while admiring themselves from numerous perspectives in the multiple ceiling to floor mirrors.Ā  Unfortunately though, the lighting is quite poor in here and my wife found it difficult to applyĀ  makeup with any degree of certainty. It all looks great but it's not particularly practical and definitely not designed by anyone who intends to stay in this space for anything more than a few days. A little more thought given to the proportions of the room would have greatly helped in terms of livability. 3 nights was ok but 4 would definitely have been pushing it! I think this is the entry level room and I'm not sure how it compares to other more spacious rooms where I would hope you would not have these issues. Nice pop up TV at the end of your bed to which you can cast your phone or log in to your Netflix or Prime accounts. The bed itself is very comfortable, as you would no doubt expect with options for bed linens and pillows on request. Everything in the room is controlled by an iPad which is very cool (initially) but after a while you feel like just wanting to flick a switch rather than scrolling through multiple menus just to adjust the lighting in the room, or close the curtains, or adjust the volume on the TV. And at 3am in the morning it's no fun when you just want to switch on the bathroom light without 1. Being blinded by the ipad, 2. Being blinded by accidentally turning on all the lights to max or 3. accidentally activating the pop up tv or opening the curtains. The Spa at the top of the hotel has a large jacuzzi but no pool.Ā  We used it a couple of times and it's definitely a relaxing space to unwind. All in all, we had a great stay. The hotel is not to our taste and we wouldn't hurry back but that shouldn't put you off. No doubt the Armani Milan will certainly impress many and well worth a short stay if only to say you've done it. There are some very nice hotels in Milan in this luxury price bracket so do your research.

The experience is horrible and unbelievable! They are short staffed to begin with, front desk was ignoring calls and having my family on hold when they were calling from the US to ask for help. I was on the verge of passing out and could only text my family from home because my 112 call wasnā€™t going through. My family kept calling front desk asking to send help and they didnā€™t send immediate help!! I cannot believe I stayed over an hour and was scared for the other people that were with me. Please donā€™t waste your money with the poor service I experienced! I cannot believe this happened and Iā€™m glad to be okay.

This hotel is super chic. When I thought of an Armani Hotel i wasn't imagine the hotel looking like this, but i like it and it looks very cool! There I've had THE BEST Aperol Spritz i've ever drank in my life.

I love the whole building (property). The hotel, restaurant, & the boutique. Truly represents the beautiful & unique culture & heritage of Giorgio Armani. The original fashion designer šŸ¤

Great, great, great. But not that child friendly. My 3yo was dying for a swim. My only suggestion is to allocate certain times of the day for a bit of kiddie swimming. The entrance is a little strange but understandable due to the mtiple floors.

Very elegant chic hotel. Well spoken, courteous staff. The Bar area, high-end decorated, with fitting music to relax into one of their tailored cocktails. Clientele are mostly fly-in, fly out tourists. Very low key for a chic bar. Not overcrowded. Highly recommended.

Silence. At last! You may ask, is it worth the cost? Absolutely. The room was divine, service exceptional, and we slept very well.

Honestly one of the best hotels I have stayed in. From check in to check out everything is flawless. People say that the details are what make things count.... At this hotel every little aspect of your stay is planned to exceed your expectations. Would definitely stay again when Iā€™m back in Milan.

We were just in the Armani restaurant (7th floor), not in the hotel itself. But it was an unforgettable experience from the moment we were received by a very nice and polite lady who took us to our table until we left again after having a extraordinary lunch with a fantastic wine and delicious food. Pasquale was our waiter and treated us like royalty! He was the best. Not only competent in explaining all highlights of the menu and recommendations of the chef but also in letting us feel very, very comfortable. The look of the restaurant is fantastic, marble floor (illuminated from below, a very subtle but incredibly beautiful detail), very clean and very Armani like. The food was excellent, especially the "lasagna" (I put it on quotes because it was not any regular lasagna like you would expect). The sauce was fresh, creative and absolutely delicious. Once in a life time. The wine was one of the best Chardonnays we have ever had (from Sicily). Overall we thought the wine card not to be overpriced like in many locations comparable to the Armani hotel in Milano. I could keep writing and writing. Everything was perfect, apart maybe from the amount of food. We do not like to leave food on our plates but it was just not possible to eat everything, so we would recommend either to reduce the individual portions or to include the possibility of choosing either fish or meat for the main course and not both. Overall I would love to come back to try other things and enjoy la dolce Vita a la Armani style. Incancellabile, grazie mille!

The food, the rooms, the hotel, it's amazing. I stayed only one night and I will never forget it. It was a flash trip from Barcelona to meet my love there in Milan and I felt like a princess. I will go back!

Hotel is OK, however, itā€™s not as quiet as it should be since you hear all the noise from other rooms.. overvalued.

i went for a drink on saturday night during fashion week. i was expecting it to be fully booked, but Daniele a very kind member of staff made sure we were seated and well taken care of. The hostess of the bar was absolutely lovely. We were very well taken care of. Will definitely be returning.

Nothing to complain here for sure. We were very pleased with our stay at the hotel, especially since the hotel made sure to adhere to all our requests such as a quiet room and early check-in as we were celebrating our anniversary in Milan. Housekeeping always ensured that the room was kept clean and also that water bottles were replenished. Front office staff and concierge were also very helpful to us and we are really grateful for all the assistance rendered to us! Thank you for making our anniversary stay a memorable one!

I enjoyed two nights in this amazing hotel in the heart of Milan. I hope to return there soon. I love the minimalism and elegance of Armani. I want to congratulate the hostess staff (don't remember the name) for their precision and availability and in particular to Fracesco from room service for his sympathy, kindness, elegance and Savoir fare, a boy full of dreams and with the desire to do.
