The male guard at the entrance and the young male staff on the 2nd floor are very friendly but the old female staff at the cashier on the 1st floor is very rude. I bought 2 bags but they put them in a shopping bag that was too big so I just asked them to put them in a small shopping bag. But she got angry that she thought I was asking for two shopping bags. Then she said that only one shopping bag is provided. She didn't even listen to what I request. But if it's right I bought two products but why is it possible to provide only one shopping bag? It seems to be a pretty great luxury shopping bag for her. What a pity🤦‍♀️

I had the same experience as David. They have a super super rude stuff member in this store and this is the worse experience I ever had in my life during shopping.

The staff here are perfect. They helped me with my clothing; taking it to a changing room until I was ready and helped me carry my things to the checkout when I was ready to buy. Even gave my styling advice in broken English. Lovely.

Nice shop, the men's section is quite small and it can get a bit crowded. COS has a very distinctive style, it's a little overpriced but overall they use decent materials and create great designs. The staff is very helpful, they didn't have my size for a shirt I was trying on and they phoned the other COS shop in Brera to ask them if they could save one for me.

If you have problem with this store. Please dont waste your time to talking with store manager Gerolama Maltese he is supporting the bad behaviours. He is the team leader of this bad service. What a shame for COS

If you want to buy a coat in this store, which offers the worst possible service, you have to try it in the fitting room. it happened that if you try on the coat in the store, an angry lady comes and warns you by shouting. This is a store not for selling products, but for fascist personnel to satisfy themselves.

Yesterday at around 2 that guy stood at the gate in black followed me everywhere at the first floor like I was a thief or something, worst experience ever.

Design is minimalist and quality of the products pretty good. Staff if pleasant and smiling. It's main weakness is that if you change your mind and want to return a product, you don't get neither cash back, nor a voucher. Hence, you get trapped into replacing on the spot with a different product, which you might not find. Not very customer oriented ...

cos milano is excellent clothes booteque, the prices are decent, you have variety of nice clothes, mostly for women, however some men section also present on the downstairs floor. taxfree starting from.155€ was global blue at the moment of the review. if smth is not available in this store, you can ask to check in another which is located in Brera district. super nice and polite staff working here. must visit place

I bought a sweater (the product number is 10998126) in the shop when I travelled in Milan last Monday. And yesterday was my first time to wear it out, however, one of the sleeves just spilt, and left a huge hole! I've bought COS products in different countries, but it's my first time to encounter such a BAD QUALITY product, it is a totally faulty item!! I am really disappointed and angry, already written to the customer service department online and called the shop for 5 times, but have not received any reply or answer yet. Unable to return as I've already left Italy. A total disappointing shopping experience...
