Value Value Value…. Room was clean, fresh. Beautiful big fluffy bathing towels and plenty of bathing products… great pool area… we were room 2 and not a great deal of road noise. I feel the other rooms would have the noise blocked by the building as well.. the staff are so friendly and helpful with local knowledge… great place to stay and explore Mildura…👍👍🍷

It's OK but probably better options for a similar price. I chose this based off the reviews stating the rooms are clean. Stayed in room 1 and it's very dated/looks to be water damaged. It was relatively clean but dust all over the curtains, old carpets and the bed wasn't made properly/no fitted sheet and wasn't even tucked in and had marks on it. I requested a non smoking room but my asthma/allergies played up and it smelt a bit like smoke/was very stuffy which has made for an uncomfortable evening. Unfortunately it looks nothing like the photos shown and is very run down. Also be prepared for a lot of road noise. The lady at reception is really lovely though and offered great service.

I have stayed here a few times in the delux rooms and I was never disappointed. Rooms were always clean and had been provided all the things we needed for the stay (shampoo, conditioner, soap etc). It's a very quiet place which is nice, but probably not the best place to take young children, especially if they are loud as you could probably hear it loud and clean with how quiet this place is. It is located on a main road and I wasn't able to hear traffic at all. They had a TV there which you had access to a lot of channels and apps which was nice. I definitely recommend this place! Affordable and comfortable.

Very neat and clean, modern rooms reception staff were lovely however room attendants did not service my room even though I had my sign out requesting. I was in a room facing the main road so unfortunately I didn't get much sleep due to the road noise and trucks that like to park outside so if you are a light sleeper I recommend asking for one of the rooms at the rear.

Worse hotel I have ever stayed. Microwave was rusty and unsanitary to use. Stains in bathroom and floods during shower. . Fridge was busted and had no shelves would only hold couple of cans. Manager was rude and found it funny that room was disgusting. Manager made rude comments about guest/customers that all they need is a bed. When asked for a different room not an upgrade but a room that was paid for he demanding that he be paid for the inconvenience on him. Blamed everyone else except himself including my employer. Worse Manager I have ever come across. you would receive Better value and service at other hotel. Avoid this place.

Small rooms but clean and comfortable. Couldn't hear traffic noise. Good shower pressure. Amazingly comfy bed. Lovely staff. Definitely happy to stay here again.

What do you want in a motel? For me, its simple; * Easy to find. * Quiet with low/no traffic noise * Clean room. * Constant temperature and water flow in the shower. * Comfortable and clean bed. * Off road parking * Wheelchair accessible * Great staff * Reasonable tariff. * Easy access to restaurants This place ticks all the boxes... Would I come back? Yes. No issue at all.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. We had a room upstairs and at the front (which I asked for) and found traffic noise was a bit much early in the night. I would certainly stay here again but would ask for a room at the back.

stayed there for almost 3 months for work, stayed in a single with a full kitchen and king size bed. stay was awesome and all the staff here have been amazing the whole stay.

Great little hotel with warm, friendly service from owners Kim and Geoff. My room was clean and cosy with a comfortable bed, bath towels were soft and fluffy. The pool area was clean and great for a quick dip after work. Private parking feels secure and car spots are nice and wide. Will definitely stay here again.

Very quiet, comfortable, and affordable hotel in a great location with a lovely receptionist/owner. Highly recommend.

Very clean and tidy room. Friendly staff. Value for the price. We arrived at a hot day and the swimming pool was open so we had a good time in the water😂don’t forget to ask pool towel from reception they are friendly. Unfortunately because this motel is located on main road I felt noisy when truck drive through.

Well located motel in Mildura. Clean spacious room. Very helpful staff. We were able to check in at lunchtime so we can leave our car and join a local tour. Thanks heaps.

Not our usual form of accommodation. But rooms very clean and neat for the price. Stayed 3 nights. Room size was on the smaller side, but has everything you need. Would return. 😊
