The initial easy of this move was very deceptive. While all the ladies in the lease office are very pleasant the lack of communication and follow up leave A TON to be desired. When I moved in there was a horrible smell, still is. I sent several e-mails, stop by the office, still the smell is here. All the issues I placed in my move check in list, never addressed until I put in further tickets and then they were only partially addressed. Not to mention the broken finger nails and hair from the previous tenants I had to clean myself. When I signed my lease I stated I had pets, they were listed on my lease. Then just before the second months rent is due, all of the sudden there were additional deposits and fees. Which if you could guess I had to call about because no one said anything to me. Although the leasing office is pretty and the office ladies are nice, it's just to get you in. Because after that there seems to be very little concern with follow up and the quality of living for their tenants. So for the price I'm sure you can find somewhere else that will at least be worth the money.

I normally do not write reviews but I had to do one so that people do not make the mistake of living here. Please do not live here!! There is sooooo many things I can say about this place. I honestly should have went with my first instinct and never moved here. There are severely overpriced for nothing. We only lived here for two months when we got a flood the extended to the first bedroom, part of the dining room, and hallway. Their response time to that issue was poor. We waited almost two weeks for that to get semi fixed. There was mold growing under the floor and in the walls. We put our rent in Escrow on August 2nd. We went to court August 24th and they did not show up. We won and were able to terminate our lease, the Judge abated the rent for September and October and returned to us August rent. They did not acknowledge the outcome of the case and continually harassed us for rent. We had a hard time finding a new place because they kept opening failure to pay rent case against us. Luckily our new apartment accepted out court documents and we were able to move out of there. When we did move the leasing staff and the Service Coordinator came by and was taking pictures of us moving our things out. There is loads of trash piled up because they only have one place to dump your trash. The mice are ridiculous and so are the huge spiders and centipedes. The buildings aren't really that secure when there are people smoking weed in the hallways of the building. Apt F always has people in and out of the building. They steal packages and they stole my keys and car after a neighbor placed them in the hallway so I can get them. You can complain to rental office but they don't answer the phone or emails. If you want your mental peace please do not move here. This was the worse living experience of my life. Update: I did speak with the regional manager. She was really nice and understanding. I hope she makes the necessary changes to that leasing office because the whole staff needs to go.

I moved in last month, and while I do like the apartment and the space, since moving in I've noticed so many things and had problems with appliances. The AC was broken on move in day, a lot of things like doors are installed poorly and don't close smoothly, usually getting stuck on the floor because they're not even. One of our doors even fell off and had to be reinstalled, and it's still not even. We even had a problem with our washer having a water issue and our dishwasher needs to be secured to the counter. Now we are having problems with our fridge leaking. It just seems like they rushed a lot of things before our move in and didn't fix what needed to be fixed and now we are living with those problems. The workers in the leasing office and maintenance are super nice and I have not had any problems with them. Just disappointed with the problems I'm experiencing in my first month of living here.

This was a horrible experience. People have vicious dogs and walk them without leashes. The leasing office was notified over a year before I moved in and nothing had been done knowing dogs were chasing other tenants. The maintenance staff take their time answering calls. The washer wasn’t working. My clothes were stuck because the door was locked and it took them 5 days to come to my apartment. People in the building smoked marijuana so much that my bedroom and master bathroom stayed lit. They took the dumpsters away so ppl were forced to leave their trash on the driving pad. The people who work in the rental office do not give out correct information. I know someone who lived here before me and said she moved because the property went down. She is correct. I will NEVER recommend this property.

Please don’t move here. We expect better for the amount of money we pay in rent. The apartments are run-down, in need of repair, and dirty. Mice and other pests are common to see. It’s not safe. We have also had problems with our kitchen cabinets; they are coming away from the walls! There is also no follow through on resident discipline: our neighbors have been noisy past hours, smoke and sell weed, set (accidental) fires, party and leave a mess in the common area. It seems that it’s also acceptable to have fist fights in the parking lot. We were told we had an upgraded apartment and that is a complete lie. Nothing has been done to update this apartment. We have also expressed our concerns about the trash area; it is often overflowing, and there is frequently large furniture dumped. If you don’t mind paying an arm and 2 legs for a filthy, rodent-filled, unsafe place— highly recommend. WDIT: 1/1/24 Needed to add a photo of a common scene. The trash is everywhere.

I had scheduled a tour and was excited to view the property. Fortunately, I took the time to read property / management reviews prior to touring and have officially canceled. My heart goes out to those who have suffered pest, flood, noise, and cleanliness issues. Thank you for sharing your story so others have the opportunity to avoid such experiences.

Save your money an time its not worth it I can’t wait for this least to be over iv been here for 4 months and it’s been something every week from spiders roaches mice broken freezer broken washer ext nosy upstairs fighting downstairs spit up in the hall that the vacuum around the hidden fees my apartment has been leaking every other week rather from the kitchen or the bathroom the towed my car after not posting a sign that says no parking. Or warning tenants of the change once you sign a lease they don’t care about you the maintenance man are nice at least the ones Iv meet management don’t seem to care or even respond back to emails so no need to waste your time there smh I can’t wait for this to be over 8month countdown

i recently moved here in july i called and told them about my a/c not working and was told maintenance would come give me a air conditioner until maintenance came and looked at it still nothing and then informed them about appliances being broken i haven’t been notified of anything been worked on or fixed i have been staying at my moms house due to having no a/c in almost 90 plus degree weather everyday and then i get a letter about failure to pay rent im not paying rent for a place that’s not even livable and i don’t be in like I stated before i don’t mind paying rent for something that’s livable but i’m not about to pay almost 1700 dollars for a hot box and broken appliances. I contacted the property manager and still waiting on a reply from her.

This has been the worst experience of my life. Every week for the past 5 months since we moved in we have had to call maintenance due to some type of water damage wether it’s from rain, pipes leaking, pipes bursting, or neighbors being careless with clogged or backed up sinks. Everyone in maintenance is very nice including the contractors and they do everything they can but it seems like once they start talking numbers to management about issues needing to be addressed thing slow up and when they are addressed they instruct maintenance to put a bandaid on things and when it happens again they blame it on maintenance. I keep hearing it’s because this place was built in the 70’s but this is just a cash grab. Everything in these apartments are the “landlord special” meaning paint gets slapped over what ever damage the last tenant caused. Baseboards are missing, 20 coats of paint on the doors so they stick when trying to open them, mice, roaches and they claim the exterminator comes every Wednesday and tbh I’m not even sure they actually have one because no matter how many times we’ve requested for them to come nobody has showed up. Once you sign the lease and move in the bandaids and chewing gum they’ve put on things to make this dump look nice starts falling off and then you are stuck until the lease is up. The only nice thing about this place is the leasing office lol AND only one trash compactor for the whole complex which is always overflowing and trash is everywhere every day. I feel bad for all the tenants and maintenance because management doesn’t care.

Since moving here nearly 2 years ago, I was grateful to have Iesha Washington as my leasing consultant. She was professional, jovial and do helpful during contacts about my apt. She was quick to help me get any issue resolved. She is awesome!
