used
LAC
at
the
strong
recommendation
of
my
neighbor
and
friend.
We
needed
a
place
for
end
of
life
arrangements
as
one
of
our
dogs
came
to
that
point
in
her
life.
The
staff
was
easy
to
schedule
with
and
accommodated
a
schedule
change
during
the
process.
Costs
were
accurately
disclosed
and
we
met
with
Dr.
Spencer
late
on
a
Friday
afternoon.
After
assessing
my
dog's
condition,
he
left
the
final
decision
up
to
us.
Both
the
Dr.
and
staff
were
patient
and
gave
us
plenty
of
time
to
say
our
goodbyes.
Dr.
Spence's
bedside
manor
was
peerless
which
made
this
difficult
process
as
good
at
it
possibly
could
be.
LAC
also
facilitated
cremation
and
rememberence
items
through
a
3rd
party.
That
company
called
to
initiate
that
process
the
following
Monday
morning.
I
left
the
office
very
impressed
and
will
use
them
for
my
other
dog
when
the
need
for
treatment
is
required.
