This is a standard office for collection of blood and urine samples. You can't see it from the road but your GPS will lead you to the right place. There's a check-in kiosk. You can make an appointment, but you can also just walk in. I have given samples here several times, and I have never had to wait very long. All of my blood draws here have been painless. There is wheelchair access, and there's lots of free parking in the front. The only reason I gave this place four stars instead of five is that the waiting room has chipped paint. It needs to be spruced up a bit.

I arrived at the site at 2:38pm. I checked it and was given the option to wait in my car and receive a text when they were ready. I took that option and sat on a bench just outside the front door of the building for which they are 50 feet away. I waited 18 min and went back in to check on my status. They had locked the doors. Told they texted me. I had no text at all. Then I was told well you should have waited closer on the bench just outside the door (even though their process says you can wait in your car) and that they were now closed and would not see me. I walked a few steps away to LabCorp, completed the same steps and got a text within minutes. Don't bother with Quest. The service is poor and there is a better option just a few doors down.

I visited the Quest Diagnostic location  at 23 Crossroads Dr, Owings Mills, MD 21117 today at my appointment time 10:45am. When I arrived the building was still closed with no lights on, but the hours state the location opens at 7am Monday-Friday. I was never alerted on my phone an hour after my appointment time to come inside the building. I made another appointment not sure if may appointment would still stand. After making the new appointment, I went back into the building. Once I arrived I was greeted unprofessionally by someone named Sharon and she gave me instructions to get started. While she was talking to me there were several employees walking back in forth upto the front eating food while talking and walking which is against COVID-19 policy. After completing the test Sharon rolled her eyes and raised her voice to tell me my test results were inconclusive due to a default temperature issue and I would have to retake the test in 3 hours and cannot leave the building. I told her I was still on the clock at my job and I been waiting over 1 hour to take the test. I kindly asked could I reschedule the test at another site close to my job and she laughed and said “that’s not my problem and if I left the test would be canceled”. I asked could I step outside to call my supervisor to make them away of my absence and once I stepped outside to get better reception to call my supervisor, Sharon then locked the door behind me at 12:10pm. There is a sign that says the staff goes to lunch at 1pm, so why would she lock the door behind me as if they were closed or at lunch at this time. I knocked to ask for my paperwork back and she refused. I am disgusted with the treatment at this location. This person acted as if she knew who I was and had some type of angry grudge against me. As a customer I should have never been treated this way. Sharon Taylor is her name she is the supervisor for this location which is more disgraceful news. She needs to be fired ASAP, because of her behavior I may lose my job.

I went to this location two days ago and it was extraordinarily unpleasant. The technician checking me in was impatient and nasty the entire time. I didn't have a mask and when she asked if I had one and I said I didn't she just shoved one at me. Not even asking if I could put it on. The instructions at this location are a bit complex. Understandably so, since people are taking drug screenings. But she gave about 10 very specific directions about where to put my belongings, about how after I used the restroom to not flush, where to put the specimen, how afterwards the water from the sink wouldn't turn on, etc... A lot to recall, in a few seconds. When I needed her to repeat an instruction, she got irritated. Once I was done, I went to head back out into the lobby, and she screamed at me from around a corner "WHERE ARE YOU GOING?!?!" "WHAT YOU AIN'T HEAR ME?!" I was floored, who screams at customers like that? All I did was walk towards the exit. I had to gather my thoughts for a solid ten seconds before I could answer. "No, I didn't hear you." I might have missed what she said, because between using a janky little steel box placed on the floor to lock my purse, trying to get the sink to work, and trying to screw closed a new-and-improved specimen container I might have missed her instructions. Plus she had walked away and around a corner once I handed her the specimen, so I assumed we were finished. Bottom line, I was only here for maybe 15 minutes tops but I couldn't wait to leave. Besides the fact that there's no sign outside the building, the technician was God-awful. AVOID at all costs, especially since there's a LabCorp with a proper sign directly across the parking lot!

Sheena is an excellent phlebotomist and has drawn my blood several times; I am often not an easy stick. She is personable, efficient and explains everything that is being done before and after.

Going to get my blood drawn is never something I look forward to, let alone 4 draws in the same day. Needless to say I came in dreading every minute of it. However, I have to say, and happily so, that the experience was made much butter because the phlebotomist who draw my blood was very caring and attentive to my needs. She constantly asked if I was doing okay or if I was hurting. She saw how bad I was doing and offered to use a smaller needle/butterfly needle and it improved my experience significantly. We ended up having to poke the same arm multiple times because of how hard it was to find my veins but all in all I felt very much taken care of, more than any other times I have ever been to any Quest location. I don't hope to have to come back again but if I do I will not hesitate to come back to this Quest.

Dont come here. I had an appointment at 11:30, and I had to wait forever over 30 min. All the while, they were in the back partying from the sounds of it. They seemed nice, tho.

The phlebotomist was not friendly. The employees at the pikesville location are quicker and friendlier

This is the worst place imaginable!!! The lady at the front desk was super rude!!!. A guy with an appointment was informed that he ll be treated as a walk in… please go to other locations

Came in at 11:55 on my lunch break to get tested and the lady said they close at 12 for lunch so she couldn’t take me. If you close at 12 that means you take your last patient at 12. Very unprofessional.

Got my samples taken, no results gotten for over 2 weeks. And when I contacted the site, they told me the tests where not done, so what then happened to my samples ?….no one had a clue. This is completely ridiculous, unacceptable and very unprofessional.

Today I visited because when I called yesterday I was told that walk-ins are available. I arrived and checked in at 7:47. It stated that appointments will be served 1st, I waited 15 minutes before someone started coming out to get appoint patients. About 8:18 was when they called a lady for her 8 o'clock appointment time, I asked if they were doing appointments only and the tech replied we do all appointments 1st then walk-ins. Which meant to me that I could be there for hours. I left because if you did not started calling people with appointments until after 8 why wasn't I seen. Never again

Wasn't too bad. First of all no signage outside to indicate where to go inside the building. The security guard informed me to go into the main entrance and the office is inside on the right. Soon after they opened, I had my paperwork. But I was told by the phlebotomist that my insurance prefers Labcorp which is right around the corner. This saved me money which is a bonus. Much appreciated for their honesty. They could have charged me. The only drawback is that it's Saturday. Quest opens at 7am while Labcorp opens at 8 so I have to wait.

Check in was awful. The automated computer said we were checked in and after sitting for 45 minutes and watching others be taken in front of us, needless to say I was not happy. Then I was told we had no appointment! Wasted my time. They need more help at this facility! People make appointments for what to sit and wait!!! Awful!

This has been the worse Quest Diagnostics I’ve been to. They are dishonest, fraudulent and unethical. This site cost me a great job opportunity with the government due to giving the wrong information. I have spent 2 months contacting this site’s supervisor Sharon and the quest diagnostics employee and client solutions department. My results were incorrect, the staff was rude, the date for testing was incorrect & my name was forged on the paperwork. Til this day nobody has fixed the issue. DO NOT GO TO THIS SITE!!!!

My appointment was at 10:10am. I’m still waiting at 10:24. Five other people are also waiting to be seen. They are chit chatting and using profanity very loud in the back as if the walls aren’t sound proof.🤦🏽‍♀️ Talking in the work place I get but keep it down ladies! Others can hear you! I must say also, once you’re back they’re very friendly.

🫤 Never ending ringing phones that go unanswered. No one pays you the courtesy of calling you back after leaving multiple messages. Is this new? I’ve never called before and not had my call answered.
