    They should work on training the customer service reps. Although the woman who assisted me was very sweet she didn’t know about anything…. Then I left out of the store without my item being activated (she didn’t know how to) had to call T-Mobile and have them to it. That’s a inconvenience, the reps are suppose to know about the products .

    Randy was extremely helpful and patient when I was buying my new red Iphone. I had several questions and he really took the time to make my experience as smooth and error free as possible. I’ve never had such a streamlined and easy experience anywhere else not even at other T-Mobile locations...Customer service is above and beyond!

    We had the worst experience at this centre, the so called supervisor was sitting in the back doing what she knows best "nothing" and couldn't be bothered to render service assistance to us seeing that we were confused and had no clue about the services T mobile offers!!! Also the staff on ground was new to the job and didn't really have any idea on what offers where available at the time so she kept scheming thru a magazine. The whole thing was a mess and I'm sure that we would think twice before patronizing any services offered by tmobile.

    Excellent and exceptional customer service rendered. High level of professionalism. Johanna, Edwin, Kyle, Tyler have so wonderful smiles all through I was at this location. Also, the location have high standard sanitary condition. I will recommend anyone to come to this location. Hopefully the management gives them a raise. From a very satisfied T-Mobile customer. Keep up the good work.

    Both customer service representatives Justin & Joh were very polite and very helpful. I came in for a trade-in and it was the best experience ever. Both have very down to earth personalities and very much professional! Joh had very much knowledge about anything I inquired!!! Justin assisted by telling me about all the perks and goods far as T-Mobile , Thanks a lot for helping me with my situation 💜

    Worse experience I ever had I stood around waiting for 30 minutes and still no help! It was 3 young ladies in there playing around with customers talking about everything but T-Mobile business and had 7 ppl waiting I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE AGAIN and don’t think anyone should go there they are unprofessional the date of the visit was 5/26/22 @ 1pm

    Awesome & friendly customer service. Service reps (sorry don’t have their names) were super attentive, even with the store being pretty busy. Very happy with my visit and my new phone.

    I switched over 4 lines from Verizon to T-Mobile and was helped by Eric the first time. Went back to the store to return the accessories that I thought were free and WERE NOT! Quan volunteered to help when I asked to see a manager and kept arguing with me that I was not told they were free. I asked if he was calling me a liar and told him that they were only nice when you come in as a new customer; he got upset and refused to accept the accessories saying I can come back when the manager comes back. He literally was sending me out of the store! Really! I didn’t yell or nothing! Bad customer service! Please make sure you read your agreement and receipts! They will do anything to make you a customer and after that you are no longer valuable! I would have given the store 5 stars if I think about the manager Tre but some of his subordinates lack the skills needed to relate with customers.

    Beware of this location. They are dishonest and the manager is unprofessional and tacky. I went yesterday to replace a phone I'd broken the day before. Of course the rep tried to upsell. I made it clear I was short on time and only want a cheap phone so I could get back to work. Today I received notifications about the new line and protection on my account. Both of which I made it crystal clear I didn't want. I work in sales. I reach out to the store so they could check my account to confirm if there are added charges. The first rep was cool but the manager was not. Clearly needs to be trained on how to deescalate a situation with an unhappy customer. It was clear they did the wrong thing but she chose to defend the rep instead of being concerned about the customer. I had to take time to call customer care, while at work, to have the add ons removed and I will go making a complaint with corporate

    Jorge Phenomenal customer service Today extremely helpful answered every question Jorge Went above and beyond made it very clear what phones they had in stock what they could order & also try to help fix my iPhone And informed me about the upcoming iPhone that is about to be released and help me outweigh the pro and cons will definitely Go back to this location because as soon as i walked he immediately greeted me and I noticed he made everyone feel like a priority in the store between his incredible knowledge and kindness, I will definitely go back to the Liberty Road location

    I already had T-Mobile as a carrier. I needed to upgrade my iPhone. I went to two T-Mobile establishments that day. The first one was a big disappointment as it was a T-Mobile superstore. The representative couldn’t answer any questions I had about billing and initial deposit. When I asked why I needed to put a deposit down, he said it was based on my credit. My credit score is 787. It was 700 when I first got with T-Mobile five years ago. I never missed a payment. I was never late.. The second one was on liberty Road . Totally different atmosphere. I was waited on by a gentleman who is very friendly and professional. A young lady who I believe was the manager was sitting nearby. I got my phone for less than the first place quoted. All my questions were answered. It was a good day. I highly recommend this location .

    Had to get my daughters phone info transferred to the new phone. Harry, the young man, was great and took his time while making us comfortable with conversation. Even stayed until far ate close to complete everything.
