This is my new favorite hotel! The staff was amazing, thank you Jennifer for all the help and extra accommodations. The room was not only beautiful but also had a full size fridge and dishwasher. The guest laundry services are free all you have to buy is detergent. They have an awesome pool and a back patio with grills and a fire pit. Truly an amazing hotel and it felt like home away from home.

Excellent stay. New hotel with spacious room and good amenities. Dove shower shampoo and lotion are better than most other hotel chains in the same category. Mattress and pillow are both comfortable and fluffy. Breakfast has all the essentials and quality is decent for being continental. Will definitely return and recommend to others if I’m in the area again.

At first sight I thought these rooms were really nice and they are very spacious and comfortable. Then I went to take a shower and all over the shower wall were long black hairs. And they really stood out on the white shower surround. Almost like the room cleaner used the same old cleaning rag and just wiped down the walls with it. So I was a little grossed out at first and then just used the shower water to wash them off. The bed was big and comfortable and the A/C was very quiet. Breakfast was a nice mix of muffins, cereal, fruit, oatmeal, crispy bacon and a nice surprise- egg and cheese omelette! The staff was very friendly and perky All in all if it wasn’t for the shower issue I’d give Staybridge 5 Stars across the board

I own a service dog and when I arrived it was raining so I kept her in the car so that she wouldn't get wet. I took her outside several times and she was fully vested and tagged as a service dog. The next morning I was stopped and told that I had been asked at check-in if I had any pets and I informed the employee that she was a service dog. He said ok, never indicating that there was an issue still. After checking out of my room a received a $75 charge on my account. I called the hotel and asked why I was charged and they said that I was never charged and I needed to call my bank. I called my bank and was informed there was indeed a charge on my account. I called back to the hotel the next day and was finally told the truth that they had charged me a pet fee. I was never informed that this was happening. They have been dishonest and sneaky the entire time and committed fraud by charging me behind my back. I carry my service dog certification paperwork with me everywhere I go and would have been more than happy to show it to them had they been upfront about their intent. Instead, they charged me, lied to me, and did not resolve the issue. I will not ever recommend this hotel chain to anyone ever.

Nice sized rooms, very clean and comfortable. Full size refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, stove top. Dishware, silverware and pans provided. Staff incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive. Daily breakfast with nice selection. Also evening social time (M, T, W) with snacks. Nearby restaurants, gas stations and shopping. Indoor pool, exercise room and no charge guest laundry. Nice outdoor sitting areas (one in back has a firepit and grills). TV selection great and reliable internet. Definitely recommend.

This hotel is awesome and meets all your expectations! Full fridge, stove, microwave, pots/pans, eating utensils, they provide shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash, hand wash. Conveniently located near several different restaurants! Very quiet. People were also very friendly. I’ve never been to a hotel where you have social nights and they provide food and beverage. Their lounge area is so comfy! Highly recommend! Gym was nice and had a lot more options than other hotels. Clean.

We travel a lot cause of my husband's job, well in the morning I always go down to the breakfast area to see what they put out to eat!! The 2 ladies that work in the breakfast area ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! They make my morning every time I see them, I'm greeted with a "HI good morning" and they have a smile on their faces!! The food is AMAZING and let me tell u something, those ladies makes sure the food is kept up with and everything is wiped down and very clean!! I feel those 2 ladies makes this hotel!! I used to run a breakfast area at a big hotel and it's not easy at all, u can just put the food out, and look away for a second and that food could be gone and it does happen to everyone!! At least they ladies stay busy and u don't see them sitting down! Karen and Debbie, Thank You BOTH for doing an AMAZING JOB!! My favorite is biscuits and gravy, and of course bacon!! Parker at the front desk is ALWAYS so very helpful and he's respectful as well!! Sometimes it's not just about the hotel in general, sometimes it's about the STAFF and how they treat u and greet u!! The breakfast ladies are wonderful and Parker is a sweetheart and will help in anyways he can!! I haven't had much interaction with anyone else at the hotel cause when I do, I don't think they understand what I'm asking, but everyone is has been very nice so far!!
