I
called
my
doctor
Wednesday
as
I
had
been
feeling
absolutely
awful
for
the
past
couple
of
days.
My
primary
care
told
me
to
go
to
ready
med
as
they
had
no
appointments
available
at
the
office.
Went
in
around
10:15,
checked
in
at
the
kiosk
with
all
of
my
symptoms.
Was
called
in
to
the
little
office
within
about
10
minutes
of
checking
in
for
a
nurse
to
check
my
oxygen
levels.
The
nurse
didnāt
even
ask
what
was
wrong,
only
asked
why
I
put
chest
pain
because
they
were
worried
it
was
a
cardiac
issue.
After
the
nurse
checked
it,
she
sent
me
back
in
to
the
waiting
room
without
even
telling
me
what
my
oxygen
levels
were
at
and
thatās
where
I
waited
another
1.5
hours
to
go
pay
a
copay
back
in
the
small
office.
The
second
nurse
who
spoke
to
me
asked
me
what
my
symptoms
were
and
apologized
for
the
long
wait
as
they
only
had
1
practitioner
working
at
that
time.
I
was
sent
back
into
the
waiting
room
for
a
second
time,
and
proceeded
to
wait
another
20
minutes
to
be
seen.
I
went
in
for
flu
like
symptoms,
but
they
werenāt
concerned
with
it
because
I
didnāt
have
a
high
enough
fever.
Instead
I
was
swabbed
for
strepā
which
I
knew
I
didnāt
have
because
I
didnāt
have
a
sore
throatā
and
then
was
told
it
was
just
an
upper
respiratory
virus,
and
to
take
extra
strength
Tylenol
and
gargle
warm
salt
water.
The
doctor
himself
was
very
nice
but
not
once
were
my
concerns
for
my
health
taken
into
consideration.
This
was
on
Wednesday,
it
is
now
Friday
and
Iāve
still
not
been
able
to
return
to
work
due
to
my
feverā
which
isnāt
high
enough
to
be
considered
āthe
fluā.
If
this
office
doesnāt
swab
for
flu
tests,
then
why
would
my
doctor
send
me
there
to
get
checked
in
the
first
place?
This
isnāt
the
first
time
Iāve
had
issues
with
the
ready
med,
and
Iām
sure
it
wonāt
be
the
last.
Itās
upsetting
that
you
go
to
this
office,
wait
for
long
periods
of
time,
and
then
whoever
sees
you
just
reads
a
piece
of
paper,
tells
you
to
rest
and
take
some
Tylenol,
then
sends
you
on
your
way.
The
misdiagnosing
of
issues
is
the
reason
why
I
donāt
go
to
the
ready
med.
