Moran
has
provided
me
with
the
expertise
I’ve
been
searching
for
for
such
a
long
time.
With
limited
financial
resources,
I’d
begun
to
think
I
couldn’t
access
the
quality
care
I’ve
received
from
him
and
his
team,
resigning
myself
to
discomfort
and
frustration
that
other
providers
haven’t
ever
been
able
to
address.
Thanks
to
Christy,
his
office
manager,
I
was
able
to
sort
out
matters
with
my
insurance
that’d
interfered
at
the
outset;
she’s
also
been
wonderful
about
making
follow-up
calls
and
offering
flexibility
when
scheduling
appointments.
Colleen,
his
surgical
dental
assistant,
has
afforded
me
a
disarming
degree
of
patience
and
kindness—both
in
the
office
and
over
the
phone—,
helping
to
clarify
and
reinforce
Dr.
Moran’s
instruction
with
everything
from
dental
models
to
the
exact
tools
he
expects
me
to
be
using
at
home.
In
a
matter
of
months,
I've
learned
to
correct
literally
decades
of
bad
oral
care
techniques.
I’d
been
seen
by
another
periodontist
before
I
found
my
way
to
Dr.
Moran,
and
the
differences
between
the
two
prognoses
I
received
and
the
approaches
that
the
doctors
took
is
stark,
to
say
the
least.
I
was
scheduled
for
expensive
surgery
after
a
single
appointment
at
that
other
practice.
Conversely,
over
a
few
visits
with
Dr.
Moran,
he
educated
me
so
I
could
understand
what’s
going
on
with
my
gums,
and
guided
me
as
I
learned
how
to
prevent
further
damage
and
keep
them
healthy.
He’s
reassured
me
that
he’s
not
concerned
at
this
point,
and
I’m
scheduled
to
follow
up
with
him
in
a
year’s
time.
I’m
relieved
to
now
not
feel
concerned
either,
and
I
can’t
overstate
how
grateful
I
am
to
him
and
his
team
for
helping
me
to
get
to
this
place.
