    I don’t know why I keep giving this location chance after chance. It’s convenient and close by, but almost every time I’m here my order isn’t correct. Was just here and had to wait at the drive-through to order, when someone finally took my order you can hear laughing in the background like they weren’t paying attention. When the order was read back to me it wasn’t correct either. Then I had to wait 10 minutes before someone took my payment at the next window. Had to wait even longer after that once I was given my coffee because nothing else was ready. On top of my coffee order being wrong, I was charged for items they didn’t have. Was just annoyed at this point and would rather go to a different location so I asked for a refund and was laughed and scoffed at. Was then told they weren’t able to refund me because a manger wasn’t there. Does this location just let children run the store and there’s never even a supervisor around? Now have to go back tomorrow when a manger is actually available and waste more time. If you want to be treated with disrespect by rude employees who can’t get a simple order right this is the place to go.

    The worst customer service in my life I live right down the street I used to go there a lot now with the new employees they have I'm never going there again ask a question they come respond with an attitude told them they missing something in my order they come back with a attitude don't know how companies hire people with attitude if you do not like your job you shouldn't be working there. This don't condone closer very very good customer at least three times a day I'll go sit at Dunkin Donuts never going to go again in my life I rather go down the street now

    Usually everyone is super great and everything is fine, but there is one person that works there that makes a lot of my experiences terrible. This “boy” with long braids that usually works around 4pm always ignores me (I’ve stood around for a half hour while everyone else’s orders were made) and the outright disrespects me every time I come in. He YELLED one day that he didn’t like me when he was asked why he wasn’t doing his job by another worker and mind you I’ve never spoken to this kid. This is a continuous problem and he should have been fired a long time ago.

    Extremely rude in the drive through and continued to curse while I was near the window. The lady with the glasses frequently yells at the employees as I can tell they are working their hardest. The drive through is very slow and is not fast at all for fast food. I do not recommend going here.

    I went through the drive thru twice and ordered maple bacon sandwich only to get to work and find the bacon not cooked at all. The second time, I told them can you please make surenthe bacon is cooked well done, only to get to work and again bacon not cooked and like 3 little pieces in there for 7 dollars come on. I go again and tell myself I'll just order a bagel what can go wrong and sure enough the bags l was so hard I could not eat it. I couldn't even break through it. It is absolutely ridiculous and I will not be going there again. Is like throwing money away.

    I pass this place every now and then when I need to take the long commune to work and this is the one most close to the 95 entrance. If you look at the other dunkin doughnuts in the area's they have better reviews then this one. I don't think I've ever had my order right here, the wait time is extremely long every single time and the employees are talking to each other as there's 9+ people in the drive thru. Everytime I check my order before I leave and every single time its wrong.

    The everything bagel was burn.. And the delivery incomplete. I ordered 3 donuts and 2 muffins and they didn’t send with my sandwiches and coffees..

    Third time coming here and had issues every time but today I specifically ordered a large iced chai latte and my wife got a large matcha we both legit got a cups full of ice to the brim even after asking for light ice didn't even have enough tea to fill a small cup, my wife didn't even get a large plus They didn't have regular milk or multiple food items in stock.

    So I understand that our young adults are our future but we should really train out etiquette when customer facing conversations between employees arise... former manager in retail.. its important to teach this because as I'm sitting here listening to the young man curse as an elderly lady tried to join the conversation about cold cereal that's lasting way too long... please retrain the staff on vulgarity during working hours or even while in and out of uniform.... please.. I need a job lol

    This is hands down the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. The staff is beyond incompetent and doesn't care. They curse constantly and are just rude. To be honest just close the location.

    Huge improvement over the past few months! Not sure what happened but this is finally a Dunkin I recommend to people. The service took a total 180, people actually seem friendly now and the orders are correct. The coffee being made properly should be a minimum expectation, this time it gets an extra star above the expectation because the minimum expectation before was that you'd get coffee...if it was made right it was the exception. Thanks for improving, keep it up!

    This dunkin cheats the customer, today at seven o'clock in the morning I took a small coffee whose charge is 2 $ 19 cents, then took the coffee and went home after going home I saw the bank tax, then the dunkin charged $ 9 I went to my bank Called and said that dunkin people farud and I told the bank against them that dunkin farud with me

    I waited over 10 mins in the Drive Thru for someone to answer the microphone. No one e answered me so I pulled up to the service window. While young adult workers were mingling inside chatting with each other. I asked if the microphone wasn't working? A female worker responded by saying " Oh its his first day ,he'll be with you ! He has to learn. 5 mins later he took my order. 7 mins mins later he gave me my order. At this time I checked my order. The 1st tea was incorrect. The 2nd was overfilled and very hot and the lid was not on tight. I asked my order be corrected. Then another customer was behind me yelling at me for my server's stupidity. I went inside to retrieve my corrected order. As I waited the workers were very unattentive and ignorant. I waited over 40 mins for my teas. While these workers were playing,joking and on their phones!

    Was good but the past month has been horrible. I am writing this review in the drive thru line. Been here for 23 mins. Last time same thing. Prices go up services go down.....what happened!!?
