I came across this dental office 'Mill Creek Dentist' in 2022. Great customer service starts from the front desk.... Tracey has been very friendly and helpful. When it comes to patient care, Dr. Walter and the amazing dental professionals have been very patient, caring and respectful towards patients. I have no hesitation in recommending them as a highly professional dental service provider in Mill Creek, WA.

Amazing service. We are very blessed to have found The Mill Creek Dentist. The care of service they provide is beyond and above 5 stars. From Tracy (Office Admin; she is very professional and knowledgeable in all billing related issues) to Donna (she has been keeping our teeth clean and healthy for years. She is simply amazing!!!!). And of course, Dr. Walter (one the best DDS we have ever met). If you are searching for a dentistry to call home, look no further....you have found it!!!!

Dentist appointments used to stress me out because they were painful. I switched to Dr. Walter's office a few years ago and my experience changed for the better. I no longer live in fear when it's time for my appointments and am very relaxed in the chair when getting my teeth cleaned. Why? Because the staff are very caring and careful about not causing pain. I'm so happy I switched.

Unfortunately I had been receiving dental care for over five years from a place that was not doing thorough cleanings. It made my first appointment at The Mill Creek Dentist really rough. I was grateful that I finally had a good cleaning and lots of support with things I could do on my own to rectify the neglect. When I went in again last week the hygientist was so kind and made sure she checked in with me often. Everyone is friendly and they do a fantastic job! I am so thankful to have high quality, thorough dental care again.

I've been using The Mill Creek Dentist for a number of years now. They have been the absolute best office from reception to the fabulous Dr. Walter. The entire staff is so friendly and professional! They know me by name when I walk in the door, and have a gentle touch for cleaning. When I needed a bite adjustment after a filling repair, they got right back to me despite it being the 4th of July week and got me in quickly to fix it. This is the one!

Dr. Walter has been my dentist since 1978. He is wonderful. He has come in when his office was closed on more than one occasion to take care of my problem teeth that couldn't wait. I wouldn't trust my teeth to anyone else. His work is fantastic and us staff is also wonderful.
