Update:
Upper
management
and
on
site
maintenance
have
reached
out
to
me.
There
are
plans
in
place
to
resolve
the
maintenance
issues
(some
were
even
corrected
today)
and
charges
for
communication
package
services
not
received
have
been
credited.
They
plan
to
also
keep
us
informed
of
installation
dates.
Thank
you,
Tom
and
James,
for
all
your
help!
I
hope
moving
forward
the
office
team
improves
their
communication
with
tenants
as
this
all
could’ve
been
more
easily
resolved
with
a
response,
clear
communication,
and
follow
through
on
updates.
Previous
review:
Just
moved
in
a
month
ago.
I
have
been
patient
as
I’m
aware
the
complex
is
under
new
management
and
may
have
made
a
poor
choice
in
their
renovations
contractor.
It
happens.
But
I
can’t
get
anyone
to
answer
at
the
complex
or
at
skyline
management
without
calling
multiple
times
in
a
row
multiple
times
a
day
and
we
never
receive
email
responses
regarding
maintenance
issues.
We
were
told
we
had
to
get
the
communications
package
and
that
it
would
be
fiber.
We
have
yet
to
receive
internet
or
a
proper
update,
told
this
week
every
week
or
that
I’ll
receive
a
call
back
and
never
receive
a
call
back.
But
they’ve
charged
us
for
it.
I
work
from
home
most
days
and
have
been
unable
to
do
so.
We
also
have
a
laundry
list
of
maintenance
issues
they
are
not
completing
or
responding
to.
When
they
do
fix
something,
it’s
a
laughable
bandaid.
I.e.
the
.25
inch
plywood
board
behind
our
bathroom
mirror
covering
a
huge
hole
that
looks
into
the
neighboring
apartment…
I
see
in
another
google
review
they
responded
with
their
typical
number
and
email
to
contact
them
but
seeing
as
they
never
answer,
that
is
not
a
solution.
This
is
mainly
a
review
to
hopefully
get
them
to
finally
contact
us
or
at
the
very
least
to
warn
others.
The
employees
and
maintenance
are
very
nice
when
we
actually
speak
to
them
so
maybe
once
they
get
things
pulled
together,
hopefully
they’ll
be
good
but
right
now
it’s
so
frustrating.
