5* Space, Storage, Light, Open floor plan, Smoke free, Management 4* Price, Cleanliness 3* Parking availability, Pool, Noise, No pests, Maintenance 2* Quality build 1* Flooding a handful of times over our 4 years living here Good amount of storage and living space. Best deal in the area for price per square foot. Large pantry, though the shelves are not the most efficient use of space. Great lighting throughout the kitchen, entry, bathroom, and hallway. However, there is no lighting provided for the living room. Large windows provide a plenty of natural light, even in the basement apartments. You can hear everything going on in other apartments from the main hallway. I have never heard voices from the apartments above me, though I do somewhat frequently hear footsteps, creaking floors, running water, and closet doors rolling. I’ve never heard the neighbors next door from within my apartment. The window in the bigger bedroom facing the front of the building is not well insulated? It let's in a lot of cold air, and you can clearly hear conversations down the road with the windows shut and locked. The apartment itself has very few right angles. Most doors/doorways are crooked from each other and/or the ceiling or floor. Some of the floors slant towards the outer corners of the building. The kitchen floor especially is not perfectly flat. Chairs will wobble, and the stove is slanted so that food will gravitate towards a corner of your pan. Doesn't seem to be high-quality-built. My apartment specifically has older appliances that work fine. Others in the complex have upgraded. The back of our stove heats up enough for objects near it to burn you when the oven is on, I've forgotten a few times and burned myself. There is an interesting phenomenon in my apartment, where the temperature seems to drop a few degrees when you enter the larger bedroom. All apartments have a designated space for side by side washer & dryer. There is also a community accessible laundry room. Have had no issues with bugs within the apartment, with the exception of a few small spiders, and a centipede in the tub. There are two managers that live on the property. Friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to. We received multiple notices on our door informing us when management plans to have routine things fixed or replaced, such as air filters. Had issues with the dishwasher leaving black residue on our dishes. Reported to management and they said we needed to just run a cleaning cycle on the dishwasher. Have tried a few things, but still have hand washed clean dishes come out of a cycle dirty. The park area is somewhat small, and is home to a Pokestop. I have not spent much time there, preferring the park a few minutes’ walk up the street. The pool is outdoor and often has leaves and such in it, but less than I would expect considering the trees and such around it. It is rarely open when I go to use it though. There is a refundable charge for your key to the pool. I love the large covered entry, and indoor hallways to get to your apartment. I have always been able to park on the property, though a few times I have had to park at the other end of the apartment complex. My work schedule is inconsistent, so I have come home at all hours of day and night. I would say parking is most difficult around 3-4 pm, and is pretty manageable besides that. Each apartment has an assigned parking space, and is allowed one other first come first serve space. There is an option to pay rent through an app that claims to report to TransUnion if you opt in to build credit. When we moved in, the storage unit under the stairs, next to our apartment was full of dead spiders. More than I could count. There was tape throughout, I'm assuming to block holes in the walls to prevent more bugs from getting in. I vacuumed it out, and asked management to get it sprayed. I have only noticed one more dead spider since. Security drives through the complex checking in on things regularly. It feels safe, neighbors are comfortable leaving plants and chairs out.

Don’t be fooled into thinking this place actually has a pool. It’s August 11 and the pool has not opened once all summer. There has been no communication from management as to what is going on with it and even if you reach out, they do not provide updates. They tell prospective residents they will open the pool and that’s obviously a lie. Last year they opened it in early June, but it was closed frequently for maintenance without any notice to the residents. Imagine getting your kids all dressed and lotioned up, walk all the way to the pool, only to find it closed. The year prior, they opened the pool at the END of July and then it was closed by the county before summer was over. Again, no communication. Aside from the pool, the complex is ok. Management is friendly, although not super communicative.

We've lived here for about 7 months now and have only positive things to say. Overall, it's quieter than other apartments we've lived in, and the on-site management/ maintenance is on top of things. It's clean and they've updated most of the apartments. Utilities are less expensive here than we have been used to paying in Seattle, so that's a plus! There is a nice park up the road that my dog and son like to walk to. The bedrooms are huge, and the layout is nice and open. Big windows so it's pretty bright during the day, and we live on the bottom floor. We love the pantry. The drawers in the kitchen are a bit small but there is a lot of extra space in the pantry so we use that for our bigger pans and appliances. Nice neighbors, friendly but not noisy or nosy.

The space is nice and the area is perfect. However the maintenance is awful. Can never get a hold of anyone and they left part of my apartment floor...squishy? from “a leak-type” thing that they wouldn’t specify. One night my wall was literally pouring water and i could not reach the on-call maintenance and even knocking on the property managers door in person didn’t work. it took about 4 hours to get someone there. The quality is what you pay for. Lots of bad fixes and, again, maintenance. But the OVERALL look and feel was pretty nice considering price. Size is great, noise is low, final thought: not bad.

I've lived in Linden Colonial for almost 10 years and I can confidently say that it is the perfect place to live if you prefer quiet and safe neighbors with great views. The apartment itself is very spacious and well-maintained with a nice park and pool nearby. Also, in case of any issues, it's easy to get in touch with the property manager. Erika is one of the most pleasant, efficient, and competent property manager I have ever come across. She responds and solves the issue promptly. I also think the LDS ward is pretty amazing. The church is located within walking distance and you can enjoy beautiful mountain views while you walk.

I lived here for 2 years and I really liked it. The layout is awesome. it has a huge kitchen, pantry and living room. Maintenance and management were always really helpful. Most importantly, I always felt safe here. I have lived in other complexes where I felt like I couldn't go outside at night by myself but here, I walked my dog at night all the time, no issues. I only ever encountered friendly people here!
