I
started
taking
virtual
classes
from
the
Utah
Prenatal
Yoga
Studio
when
I
was
13
wks
pregnant...now
I’m
just
over
30
weeks
and
feeling
so
strong!
I’ve
loved
the
community
&
the
accessibility
of
the
online
classes,
since
I
live
about
45
minutes
from
Salt
Lake
City.
Alicia
and
her
team
of
yoga
instructors
are
all
so
knowledgeable,
kind
and
considerate
of
my
growing
belly.
They
are
constantly
offering
up
accommodations,
challenges
and
positions
to
alleviate
lower
back
pain
and
tightness
in
my
hips.
I
take
two
classes
a
week
and
after
every
class
feel
incredible!
I
also
love
the
ability
to
save
some
$$$
by
buying
a
10-class
pass
and
the
one
time
I
had
problems
with
a
purchase
Alicia
responses
within
hours.
Lastly,
I
was
thrilled
to
know
that
they
offer
classes
and
support
for
after
I
have
my
baby,
which
I
will
be
taking
full
advantage
of.
Utah
Prenatal
Yoga
has
been
a
total
game
changer
for
me
and
I
HIGHLY
recommend
it!!!
