I’ve gotten great haircuts from two-three different stylists here for years. Eight to be exact and my salon-customer relationship has come to an end. I don’t get my hair colored often and because I always get the cut I want, I figured I would get the color I wanted as well. I made a consultation appointment and was paired with Blanca who was sweet and gave lots of feedback on two color ideas. A whole consultation appointment with photos of what I wanted and what I didn’t want as well... I came back around three weeks later to get my hair done with the same photo from the consultation appointment. I was twenty minutes late, did call when I was on my way. I understand I was late but was told by the stylist (same one as mentioned) would still have time to do my hair and she did have enough time in the end. I was going to go for a lighter color, blonde: the color in the photo and no ashiness, all over but that changed to balayage but keeping the same color. What I ended up with was a color that didn’t match, my front pieces being lifted much too far, an ashy blonde, and an uneven dye job. The front pieces give Rogue from X-men vibes and while in the chair Blanca said she would tone it down but there really isn’t a difference. In the reference photo the front is the lightest but on my head as you can see there is a stark difference with all of my hair including the lightened pieces. There is no transition! The color is ashy as well and she even commented that the color is ashy. I commented while in the chair that the color isn’t what I want. All throughout this appointment I showed the same photo used in the consultation appointment, booked an appointment with the same stylist, and communicated all my thoughts and concerns. It would be one thing if the results were what I wanted and I didn’t like it, in this case, everything was not what I wanted. Poor execution and overall not well done. As you can see in the back, the color is higher on the left and lower on the right. I understand some highlights like in the middle being higher but over all the color is uneven and poorly done. I’ve reached out to my stylist who did my hair for a refund and was refused one, even a partial. I’ve reached out to potentially another who responded via Facebook who also refused a refund. I was offered to come into the salon to have it fixed, by any of the stylists. I’m not comfortable with the idea. I did not go back in as these are my conclusions: I constantly communicated and had visual representations for my look at my consultation and the appointment, what else did I need to communicate? And second, if this is the standard allowed at the salon, what does this say about the capabilities of other team members who would potentially “fix” my hair. These photos were taken by the stylist in the chair at the end of the appointment. For the $190, this doesn’t look like it’s worth it. I’ve included the reference photo for the color I wanted as well.

The lady with glasses at salon is racist. She was rude with other co-worker. I didn’t even get my service their. I booked appointment with them and I was little and I called that I am stuck in traffic and they said it will be fine but when I been to this salon. They told me to wait and after 1 hour of wait when I asked the lady with glasses that I had appointment but I was late. She specifically told me and very rudely reply me that I was late all I have to wait there is nothing they can do. But my concern is if you are waiting for almost 1 an half hour how long you have to wait more. They were taking other people who were walking after me. I would give this place a zero start and 5 star for their rudeness and unprofessionalism.

Lisa is the one! She was absolutely incredible! An amazing woman that really knows what she is doing! I’m so happy I finally found my place and my hairdresser! All the women here had such amazing personalities, they were friendly, professional, fun, and all around master artists! Thank you Lisa for making me look AMAZING!

I made an appointment for the first time for just a wash and blowout and I’m extremely unhappy and disappointed with the results. I have curly hair, but every blowout I typically get at other salons results in smooth, shiny, and voluminous hair. The stylist, Leslie, put zero tension or effort which resulted in frizzy, life-less hair. Feels like the same results I could’ve achieved with an at-home blowout with my Dyson. I also got charged an extra $20 which most likely was because my hair is curly, not because it’s “long.” Will not be returning and do not recommend this location if you have curly hair.

I came yesterday for a trim because I had not trimmed in a couple months after I got my perm. My hair was damaged and looked horrible. I'm not sure of the name of the woman who cut my hair but she saved my life. My hair is soft and looks really good now. I'd like to thank her and the whole establishment for their kindness.

Keri is truly the best! She is so talented and personable! The prices are reasonable. 2021 Still love her! Just the best! 2022 She did it again & I'm obsessed!
