First let me say I do not frequent fast food places often but we needed some quick food for our toddler who was of course starving. I don't have much to compare this to since I haven't been inside a fast food place or Wendy's in years but I'm surprised it's gotten this horrible. First, used the rest room and found there was no changing table. To my knowledge fast food places cater towards children so the fact that they have a large handicap bathroom with no changing table confused me. Ok time to order food. Per the receipt our oh-so-high cashier's name is Alexander. I asked him if I could order a number 12 (the new mozzarella chicken sandwich) with just a plain bun instead of the garlic bun. He confirmed I can. I said ok I'll take that. He said what kind of drink. I said no drink just the sandwich. He goes what sandwich do you want? Now I'm confused. What do you mean what sandwich? He's like what sandwich are you ordering? Umm the number 12 which we were just discussing 30 secs ago. We then ordered the rest of our food surprisingly with no more issues. Sit at the table and it's a bit dirty so I clean it. Get our food. My sandwich has a garlic bun. Face palm. Have to get it exchanged because Alexander is clearly a non functioning high person. Sandwich is mediocre and part of it tastes like pickles. There are no pickles on this sandwich. Fries were cold and tasted old. Forced the food down and we were on our way. Please do not come here. For so many reasons, just don't do it. I get that weed is legal in NJ, but don't be an a-hole and go to work high. We just had to order food from someone that was high while we were with our 2.5 yr old daughter. This is just unacceptable on so many levels.

Drive thru worker was very rude about the fact I didn't tell him about the mobile order, which I did. I came for the mobile order lmao and even had a convo about it with him. 0 stars, he could have been polite about it even if he thought I was wrong

Food is pretty good along with price but something about it doesn't compare to a place like burger king, maybe just better taste in the food. This specific restaurant doesn't have the best entry/exit design.

Used the drive thru, no missing items, order is 100% complete. The food was hot. No more 4 for $4, bit bummed. It got raised to $5 now. It's still not bad for a quick bite.

Horrible service, charged me $30 for a meal and a single sandwich. Didn’t realize until I got home. They told me they could only refund me if I go back. I told her I have two newborn babies and I really don’t have the time she said sorry you have to come back… absolutely ridiculous. Never going back here.

They don't take ApplePay and should really put up signage so no one is wasting each other's time ordering, then getting to the pay window, and then having to drive away. cashier literally did the inpatient nail tapping thing too

Food is usually fresh, occasionally the fries come out soggy. Service is always quick and respectful

I mean it's certainly no five star restaurant but for fast food it seems like the most fresh. I heard claims that the Wendy's on Ryders Lane it's cleaner but I rarely go inside because I'm a drive-through kind of person. At least Wendy's is a place where I rarely have to return to the drive-through because they always screw you in the Drive-Thru... Maybe not so much at this place

I was in the stea and grabbed a Cobb salad, chili, and some fries. Everything was great, as well as the service.

the worker who made uber eats order on 10/29/23 11:30-11:40ish blessed me up for real on the spicy mcnuggets. i pray for the best of you all.

This place is constantly on the come down. They have a young lady manager that just cannot multitask and there is constantly a long wait not because they are busy just because they are all so young and nobody cares to try and move at a faster pace I actually see them moving super slow and they care less that people have been waiting. Constantly short staffed. And the orders are constantly wrong I have been in there 4 times recently and experienced the same mayhem of nobody moving more then slow motion and a huge line waiting for food a huge line with mistakes from food they already got and a n huge line to order. This place is a mess, and you can tell it comes directly from their management or lack n of management that they have. That young lady needed to be trained of multitasking and move with psssion. If I could give zero star.

I stopped there and ordered an asiago classic chicken sandwich without tomatoe & light on the ranch sauce. I had to repeat it three times before I think he got it. I drive up to the window & said I hope you don't mind but i'm going to check the sandwich. I open it up and all it consist of is the bun, chicken, cheese and a poor excuse for bacon. I hand it back to him and tell him. It's not right, there's no lettuce, and there's no sauce. He takes it back, walks to the food prep area comes back and hands my a sandwich. I opened it up to check it, it's the same sandwich, there's no lettuce or ranch dressing on the bun. I hand it back, he takes it again cones back hands me a sandwich, it's the same sandwich and I hand it back. Next the food prep person comes out asks me what I want. I tell them I want everything on the sandwich except lite ranch sauce & no tomatoes. So they say, oh, you want it plain? No I want everything on it with light ranch sauce and no tomatoe. They walks back they give me another sandwich same sandwich! I tell him it's still wrong. I do want lettuce & light ranch sauce on it! Just no tomatoe! He goes back to the food prepare area, comes walking back to me and hands me the same damn sandwich!. There's no lettuce on it and there's no ranch dressing on the bun. At this point I throw it in the window. I ask for the manager and I'm told there's no manager there. So I tell him I just want him money back and give him back the rest of the stuff I had.

Ordered around 11 am, and all food was cold. 20 chicken nuggets cold, 2 fries cold.

Giving a one star because there is a sign in the lobby that was put up carelessly and New Jersey is upside down in the sign. Will get five stars when corrected Sign has been corrected. 5 star

The fries were hot. My sandwich was prepared just like I asked.

The menu is so low to the ground. No left turn?! I mean I get the safety factor but it kinda sucks to go right. The next legal right-hand turn onto a public street is like a mile away.

If there was less than a start.. I would . Attitude of the staff with no manners plus , wish I can add a picture of my sad sandwich with a micro sizing piece of lettuce on my huge sandwich…. Very disappointed

It's fast food and they are open late if you live in the area. Very clean location and the team members are fast and efficient.

Please don't eat here. There are literally ants everywhere. I hesitated because literally nobody is here and that's usually the norm but now I can see why. The ketchup station has at least a hundred ants and the food is absolutely gross let alone cold. The bugs alone are a health hazard. Absolutely disgusting. Will be making a call ASAP.

Very consistent for fast food. Not a big fan of the fries but knowing they are fried in a separate frier free from cross contamination is a plus plus!

Only go here if I'm really desperate. They changed their fries. Why? I dont like the new ones. Bring back better sandwiches like Monterey Jack chicken sandwich.

I'll never be ordering from this location ever again! While ordering my son a chocolate chip cookie on the drive-through, I literally saw a young worker drop the tongs onto the floor, pick them up, then use the SAME tongs to pick up the cookie from the case. You expect me to feed my family cookies that has basically TOUCHED THE FILTHY FLOOR?!? DISGUSTING! We usually eat there once a week, but NEVER again!

I just picked up a Caesar parmesan salad at the drive-thru. I got home opened up the bag and the salad is filled with ants as well as the small package of Parmesan cheese. I went back inside and explain to them, they looked and threw it in the garbage. Asked me if I wanted another salad. I said no it all needs to be tossed and you need to check your refrigerator and all your food for ants. They gave me my money back but I'm worried for other people.

DIRTY poor n horrific food handling and they just dont care. Even corporate was supposed to have a distric manager call me n never did. This was so bad i just called board of health. Let them deal with it n keep us safe. DONT EAT HERE IN MY OPION
