What’s the point of checking in online a couple hours early for a specific time if when you get there they say sorry we won’t get to you today. If you can not, text/email saying so would be nice instead of driving all the way there.

Suzie has been one of the only ones I have cut my hair for the past 9 years. Last month, Jen cut my hair last time and she did a really nice job!!

This business never opens on time again Sat and waited over 15 minutes you really need to step it up and hire people that can get your business opened on n time. Way to much

Waited for 25 minutes with only 1 customer and 2 employees working. Neither one of the women said one word to me in that 25 minutes so I had no idea how long the wait would be. The one women left after and still did not say a word to me. I ended up leaving due to the awful service. This would be the third attempt to try to get a hair cut at this location and I ended up having this same experience every time so I left each time. The other two attempts I even had appointments and the girl left as I walked I For my appointment to say come back in an hour and a half as she was taking her lunch at the time I had booked my appointment. I won’t be making any more attempts to get a haircut at this location.

I needed a haircut desperately. My normal girl is no longer close by so I decided to try super cuts. Never been there before and my hair is hard for many to cut correctly so I was leary. The woman, Natalie, was able to take me but there was a wait. She unfortunately was the only one working and had many appointments booked online and had many walk ins that did not want to wait. A few even had attitudes and got nasty with her even though it wasn't her fault. She did an amazing job on my hair. I gave her my preferences and she was able to make it amazing even with the interruptions and trying to fit everyone in.

The sign displayed stated that walk-ins were welcome so I walked in today, at about 5:10pm, to ask if there might be time/availability to accept a walk-in. If not, I was happy to schedule an appointment for another available day with any stylist. I walked up to the counter and noticed two stylists were working with customers. Since both were busy but did look over and see me standing there, I waited at the front desk fully expecting one to walk over at some point when they had a moment. Both women looked at me but did not say a word. I stood at the desk for roughly 10 minutes... with still no acknowledgement. Not so much as a "I'll be right with you" or a "Do you have an appointment?" Not very welcoming to walk-ins. I gave three stars because the salon was very neat, clean, and organized. The customers the women were servicing seemed to be treated well. Also because I have gotten my hair cut here in the past and had a different experience. However, because of today's lack service and the discomfort I felt I have made an appointment elsewhere.

Fade?!!? They it looked more like a bowl cut. And one side is way longer than the other. Don't understand. Everytime he tells them specifically what he wants, they give him exactly what he doesn't want! They shaved the back of my boyfriend's hairline all the way up to his ear. The staff is getting slower everytime I go in and it WAS my favorite place. There's no fixing this. I tried going somewhere else, they looked at us sideways🧐

All great. I go to multiple super cuts. And they never disappoint. Especially with Saturday and Sunday hours
