First and foremost this place is great! I had a bad tooth that I needed out and I’ve never had an extraction before. They got me in the next day after checking my tooth to get it out. They answered all my questions and calmed my nerves about the procedure. The doctor was great as well, very funny and nice to talk to especially when you’re stressed out. Got the tooth out within in minutes and I didn’t feel anything! I rate My Dentist 5 stars for great service and fast action. This is now my forever dentist to go to.

Terry the receptionist is beyond helpful and friendly. One of the most pleasant people I’ve had the pleasure to work with. Also super efficient. She had my insurance verified before I even walked through the door so I didn’t have a long wait once I got there. Dr. Kourakin is awesome. I’m new patient that hasn’t seen a dentist in 16 years. My teeth are a wreck but he says we can save them which is great. My teeth are already improving after only 3 visits. He even extracted one and I didn’t feel a thing. The few visits I’ve had so far with him have been great as well. He’s very pleasant to be around, very knowledgeable and has a way of explaining things in a way I understand clearly. If I could give more than 5 stars for the entire place I would. Everyone there has been nothing but friendly and professional. I would recommend this office to anyone whether they hate going to the dentist or love it. I haven’t even spent more than like 5 minutes in the waiting room. They get me in quick and take good care of me.

My experience with “My Dentist” was great. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, from my first phone call onward. They made extra effort to accommodate me and expedite my visit and I was very satisfied with the dental care I received. The office is clean and conducted professionally, and a measure of care is noted in many aspects of this establishment. “My Dentist” provides quality care, hospitality, and a welcoming environment. That is why “My Dentist” has become MY DENTIST.

Great customer service, there wasn’t a wait, the environment is very pleasant and calming. The staff is so friendly and inviting. **UPDATE** I had to update my 5 star rating from last week! I wish I could give this organization 1000 stars. Due to one bad experience in the past, I am very anxious when it comes to dentists. I usually have to take meds before just to keep calm. BUT TODAY my anxiety went away 100%. I HAD NO CLUE THE DOCTOR EVEN INJECTED MY GUMS. Dr. Kourakin has very gentle hands! I am still in complete utter shock! I will recommend everyone to see this Doctor hands down the greatest!

Going to the dentist gives me anxiety but everyone that works there are so nice. Dr. Kourakin explained everything very well and the lady was so gentle while doing my cleaning! Definitely 10/10 and will be going back!

I love going to My Dentist, I have been going there for almost thirty five years. Dr. Kourakin is the best. He has to be to put up with my anxiety issues. I had to get a crown redone. And I was talking with him, I noticed there was another dentist added to the office. That made me a little nervous. I am not one for change. So I told Dr. Kourakin jokingly that he is not allowed to retire. He may take vacations but don’t think about retiring. I am not ready for a new dentist. He and my daughter both assured me that the new dentist he is a very nice guy, not to worry. The hygienist’s are great. They are very friendly. They will make you feel very relaxed and at ease as they are giving you a good cleaning. And I don’t want to leave out the front office, they also are a great group of ladies. They are friendly and polite. You can’t go wrong with My Dentist.

Both dentists are great and Kelsie does my cleanings. She does a wonderful job and is a very sweet girl. The staff is so helpful and pleasant… So happy I started going there!

Excellent care. Very gentle hygienist named Shelly. I would not go anywhere else. The dentists there are very personable and the whole experience is stress free. The front office staff made sure they took my insurance before the appointment. Exceptional care. Very clean updated office.
