travel
once
a
week
for
work
and
picked
this
place
to
stay.
Not
the
cleanest,
kind
of
noisy
with
the
ones
who
call
this
place
home.
But
a
week
ago
I
received
my
invoice
and
was
charged
an
additional
$10
for
a
sheet.
I
called
and
was
told
house
keeping
found
a
stain.
I
asked
for
a
manager
to
call
me
(never
received
a
call
back)
in
all
the
weeks
I
stayed
there
I
have
never
had
a
problem.
I
literally
check
in,
eat
dinner,
shower
and
go
right
to
bed.
So
I
was
concerned
about
this
“stain”
they
said
I
left.
Well
with
no
call
back
from
a
manager
which
leaves
me
to
believe
they
don’t
care
about
customers
who
stay
frequently
with
them.
I
have
decided
I
will
NOT
be
staying
there
anymore.
Poor
customer
service
has
cost
them
a
loyal
customer.
Last
stay
I
found
a
stain
on
the
blanket
as
soon
as
I
checked
in
took
a
picture
and
contacted
the
front
desk.
So
did
the
customer
prior
to
me
pay
for
that
stain?
If
so
why
was
the
blanket
reused?
