I've been traveling a lot this year with a group and by far this was the best experience. Cynthia at the front desk and all the staff were so friendly and accommodating.

We did not actually stay here but I wanted to acknowledge the kindness the managers showed us when we had an issue with another local hotel and did not have a place to stay for the night. Although they were booked to Capacity, they were nice enough to call their sister hotel the holiday inn express and organize a room for us. We are grateful for their help. They relived our stress of travel with our family. Thank you!!

The indoor pool is SMALL. The spa was shut down and I don't think the jacuzzi was working. Breakfast was bland- but if you need something to eat before you hit the road it's fine. Coffee was great.

Excellent hotel. Clean, in a quiet location, with the best breakfast buffet of any chain hotel that we have ever been in!

We recently stayed at the Millville Fairfield Inn while visiting family. The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff was courteous, professional and friendly. We plan to return the next time we are in the Millville/Vineland NJ area.

I reserved a room with a double bed, but when I checked in, they said it was not available. But their manager came and changed two king bed rooms for me. It's really great, it solved the problem perfectly. recommended

The room was clean but small. It suited the purpose for our trip. Great location, there are tons of shopping and nearby restaurants.

absolutely shocking that entire common area including reception and lounge space was unavailable to our group of 15 families staying at this hotel as it was rented out to a function for the entire saturday afternoon and night. there are no conference facilities here and this is unsuitable and unacceptable. forced to stay iin our rooms and not provided any advance notice or compensation of this noisy inconvenience. Billed $150 for 3 days internet vs $5 per day - and had to fight to correct it. ultimately paid double because i did not have the patience to keep arguing with staff.

I have not stayed at this hotel as of yet, but I have called multiple times , for future events . but I would like to say, and I would like everybody to know that the level of customer service provided by Amanda and also Jess has been second to none in the post Covid era. These women are unbelievably friendly and super helpful, and it just gives me a Great Feeling. knowing that there still are people who know how to take care of customers. I hope the Marriott company appreciates them, Because I sure do!!! NIK from Connecticut.

These five stars are for Cynthia @ the front desk. Truly one of the most friendliest, authentic, and helpful hotel staff I’ve ever met. As a solo traveler to ask me about how my event went I had mentioned to her the night before was so special. Cheyenne, the breakfast server was also friendly and helpful. Though Marriott needs to invest in brown sugar for the oatmeal :)

This is hands down the classiest hotel around here. It's definitely got everything you need, friendly staff, clean rooms, well manicured lawns. Only downfall is you're paying top dollar for it. The most expensive hotel around here as well.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were fairly clean and decent. TV didn't work in 2 of our rooms, but they were quick to fix them. Complimentarybreakfast is served, but they didn'thandle the crowd too well. Hotel was very busy and very noisy late at night, inclusive of loud music, kids running up and down the hall. They held events there and there was right much partying in the downstairs area, alcohol all. They have a small workout room and a miniature snack room that's good for if you need some junk food, especially at night. Overall, a decent hotel.

Stayed two nights. Friendly front desk folks. Good breakfast…coffee (Bold) was excellent. Room was clean and well appointed.

Stayed for 1 night. It seemed like there was a kids soccer tournament going on nearby so it was a little bit busy. The bartender was incredibly nice and attentive even though the bar was busy and he was doing the role of food server for the seating area and bartender for everyone.

I really wanted to like this hotel but it seemed like one thing after another. Mold in the bathroom. Door lock was broken. Pump bottle conditioner was out. Front desk was fairly friendly and able to give us some small bottles. Towels did not smell clean. I think the icing on the cake was the maid who kept knocking on our door in the morning even though we hadn't checked out. She knocked twice between 9-930 am, literally saying housekeeping like David Spade while I'm trying to sleep 😂 We even had a do not disturb sign on the door. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you plan to sleep in, have a sensitivity to mold, or are worried about security.
