Nice river walk area with two distinct playground sets. The playgrounds are very inclusive for all types of play, but could use a little TLC. For some reason google also had me park on the wrong side of the river, but we enjoyed the walk to the playgrounds.

Beautiful riverside park with a walkway along the the Maurice River. There are also benches and a pavilion. A wonderful place to relax, fish or play a guitar as I like to do. 😊🎸

It was the perfect day for my husband and I to have a brunch picnic by the river. We have visited here a plenty of times in the past but every single time we decide to go we regret it. There was homeless people sleeping on the benches, others who were just sketchy, and of course I cant leave out the panhandling. The afternoon could have been practically perfect but unfortunately for us it turned into an uncomfortable situation.

A secret gem nestled in the art district of Millville, NJ. and Maurice River. The waterfront is approximately 9 acres featuring picnic areas, parking, gazebo, bike trail, playground throughout the beautiful landscaped vistas. The boardwalk has various sitting areas among historical monuments, statues, bringing to life the story of Captain Joseph Buck and birth of Millville. Great location for “calm” peaceful “Me time” Or for the entire family of all ages. You will find something for e everyone whether it be a walk along the boardwalk or taking a ride along the bike trail, to having a lunch at the gazebo or picnic area.

I enjoy looking at the water and the people fish. Place is nice to go to and relax if needed. The water in the Maurice River there go's out to the Delaware Bay. If there, you enjoy watching mother nature, and if lucky you might see a bald eagle fly by. There is a cruise ship by Millville City Hall that is popular.

Great small little walking area and sitting area along the river across the bridge large playground family friendly. Only wish it was a longer walking area it is a beautiful area it would be nice if it eventually ran along the whole river :D

They keep the park clean - tiny bit of liter on the ground but obviously that's park goers being lazy or the wind blew it because the trash can was right there. The one gym set needs some maintenance but other than that the walk over to the playgrounds beautiful. The bridge over the water the whole dock other then the bugs was great. lots of children having fun enjoying the park. My sons first time really getting out on a playground. Still too little to do certain things but it was perfect temperature, not too crowded. I read there was a problem with homeless, but I saw people in folding chairs fishing. I don't think they were homeless and no one there looked like they were "up to no good" (that was in another review I read) they were all just enjoying the park. A few people out walking their dogs all on leashes. Had a nice day with our little family.

Wow wow wowy !! You few folks sure despise the homeless… I get it, trust me, I hate me too and I’m sure there are some homeless people there that are god awful and are really disgusting excuses for humans … with that said who do people think you are ????? Firstly unless you were the one up to no good and there at dark when you are not suppose to be don’t us scuzzy homeless have just as much right to be there !!!!??! You know it’s disgustingly unbelievably the hypocrisy, and if I had to guess the few Karen’s and the person for my motivation to take a break out of my homeless life to shout the “Reverend who was at the top of the heap on this review excoriating and holding such a disgusting hip hip hip hypocritical and completely Aunt typical to his duties as a reverend not surprising though it’s unbelievable once again, would you know would you guess that of all the places and let me tell you this people right now if if anyone reads this OK and has an issue with homeless once again I don’t particularly even blame me OK let me just say this coming from a guy who has been on the other side of the tracks OK and has done a lot in his life and because of brain injury because of a lot of other factors that I’m responsible before I’m in this position putting this review in homeless OK but I was compelled to because it’s sickening that you will be people will use homeless as the platitudes or as a way to virtue signal normally liberals, but a lot of Christian conservatives to but this reverend year hey buddy, if if there’s a one, if there’s one percent chance you read this, I wanna let you know the church is by far away the least welcoming and I’ve had the most cold reception from going and stopping in a parking lot driving to eat ice cream cone I was kicked out OK so you guys are hypocrites and let me tell you this to all the people complain about homeless guess what OK I speak for myself not mind you there’s a lot of dangerous people out there. Trust me I was there I’m a I’m a passionate photographer. I was there OK and guess what my Spidey sense because guess what call me whatever you want. I ain’t violent and I ain’t some abuser and I ain’t a criminal OK and I done a lot more for this country than I’m sure 99% of you and with all that said I’m 10,000 times more afraid of you people OK you guys have the power OK now with that said, you keep your family safe you’ll never know what the homeless OK but if someone is presenting themselves or even if they’re not presenting themselves, OK if they aren’t directly impact you and their site is, it is a unacceptable burden for you at the park like you, Mr. Reverend guy which I pray you read this, but you won’t. God will take care of that, though he knows your hypocrisy. It’s unbelievable that reverend can come on this review site and just so flippantly. Once again, it’s just like our our world that we live in people can out in the blue like be racist against whites can be pro war. It doesn’t matter, but I’ll say this you guys have more power than we do OK at the end of the day I live minute to minute and I’m literally just trying to find the place to pull over and sleep. I ain’t looking for sympathy OK but know you’re roll and realize you by far and away have an exponentially greater ability to harm me, Be sick the police on me , look down upon., and it’s funny I would love to go to each person that had such a such a less than human description of homeless people and once again I’m I’m from both sides here. I’m almost currently, but you know I’ll say this, not having any family friends and all that sucks but at least I’m self-aware. I think you people get so caught up in your little bubbles your little social and Samuel familial bubbles or whatever that is status bubbles that you truly don’t realize how awful you sound, and I don’t think most of you would care. I think you would care just for appearance purposes so that’s all I have to say and I want everyone to have a good day and eat your cake have cake there OK have cake they have a cake store there right in the middle of the place
