Steve Newton Boxing gym has been and incredible fitness journey for me over the last 5 years. From pre, during to postpartum training process for me being a first time mom. Steve helped me focus on my strength and fitness while making sure I doing what was best for my physical and mental health, depending on what season of life I was in. He has created a great and unique, fun environment that makes you feel really included and supported. I have seen a big difference in my strength and fitness and couldn't have done it without the help of Steve and his incredible team. Would highly recommend joining!!!

This is a fantastic training facility. Our trainers, Saligh and Jenny are amazing. They always create a pleasant and enjoyable atmosphere, whilst pushing us to train super hard. You will be sweating buckets and having fun doing it. We receive top quality training and learn proper technique/form during each class. No matter what your fitness level, you will feel right at home. Every member is treated like family. SN Boxing is the best!!!!

Not only is SN Boxing a place where I go to workout, but Jenny and Saligh have made the gym a safe and comfortable space for their members to feel supported, motivated, to feel seen and heard, and to be part of a community. I've been training with Steve and his team for a couple months now and can honestly say I feel fitter and stronger than ever before and am thoroughly enjoying every minute of it. I am enjoying learning boxing techniques get on well with the people I train with. Highly recommend
