Just popped in there this morning to get a birthday gift. Very friendly and helpful, as I needed to find the correct item and size. A wonderful experience, gift is wrapped and ready. Thank you very much! I will be back sooner than later to get her more charms 😁

Just been to the Canalwalk store , walked in staff having big fat conversations in the backend of the store , doesn’t greet , doesn’t acknowledge you as a client and continues to have a conversations. I then go over to engage and enquirer on a specific item as I was looking for a very special birthday gift. Service is shocking , pathetic to say the least! Won’t ever be back !

Rude staff who don't know much about jewelry. Staff member stated my fiancé's diamond ring was crystal using his clearly untrained eye. We walked the very short distance to Mario's for better service where the diamond was tested and verified. Perhaps better training in customer service and jewelery identification is needed.

Only reason for the 2 stars is the very helpful casual. Took my braclet and necklace (with about 19 charms) in for valuation certificate. Firstly they stated on certificate that the information are AS SUPPLIED TO THEM, which is rubbish as they took photos of my items. Then the valuation came back to less than R7500!!! They did not even bother adding the charm that I bought that day! Took it to Pandora Tygervally, valuation came to just over R22,000!!! And Canal Walk even states it is valued at current retail price, in which case I'd LOVE to buy 3 more necklaces at R600 each!!

My husband and I was in your Canal Walk store last night. I was very dissapointed as the two sales assistants in store did not even acknowledge us at all. They were both busy with a customer ( the only other customer in store at the time)whereby the one assisted the customer and the other was just standing there trying to be part of the conversation. I work in the customer service industry as well,and as far as I am concerned a greeting would have sufficed and an I will be with you now would have worked as well. But to be in your store and nothing.....That to me is not on at all. Regards Shanaaz

I was just in & out. Had to purchase a charm & the salesperson was very helpful.

Initially came in to buy one charm for my birthday. The sales lady advised I needed stoppers as they keep all my charms together and they are very tight. Left with four charms total. Well done sales team. I Got sold a broken stopper charm. Fallen off which another sales lady told me won’t happen at all. Obviously mine was a manufacturing default as it’s no where to be seen, the tight clip fell off.. Replacement policy doesn’t help with these manufacturing defaults. Nor does the national Pandora customer support team. Apparently this falls into no one’s department

I received amazing service from Canal Walk Pandora. Friendliest staff who were incredibly helpful. Highly recommend.
