Stunning place with amazing views... not very child friendly though and the elderly are extremely hostile.

I have lived here for almost a decade. It is safe, beautiful and central. Only cons are the wind and the body corporate can be lackluster at times.

Great apartments, with amazing views of table mountain and horses and in a quiet area. However, the apartments suffer from waterproofing issues and the body corporate doesn't seem to care. After reporting minor weather damage two years ago and multiple inspections since then, nothing has been done to fix water damage to the walls, ceiling and balconies of the apartment. The rain season has bearly started this year and the issues seems to have become far worse than the previous two winters.

Quiet and peaceful, with tranquil views of horses and wild birds. Well maintained modern homes.

I was running along main road and decided to take a turn over the bridge and run through the estate. Its very beautiful inside. Acess Controlled Area with security guards.
