SHOCK
CUSTOMER
SERVICE!
when
gyms
opened
i
advised
that
I
needed
to
cancel
my
contract
and
they
advised
that
there
is
a
fee
i
need
to
pay.
i
decided
to
let
the
debits
go
off
because
it
was
only
a
3
or
months
still
left.
my
debit
order
was
cancelled
so
i
assumed
that
they
processed
my
cancellation
regardless
because
no
one
bothered
to
reply
to
my
question
about
what
they
would
be
taking
off
at
month
end.
fast
forward
to
me
getting
messages
from
a
debit
collection
agency!!!!
are
you
kidding
me.
I
explain
my
situation,
they
say
they
gonna
log
a
dispute....6
consultants
later
the
dispute
gets
handed
back
to
Zone
Fitness
...
and
no
answer
because
obviously
another
month
that
goes
by
is
another
month
of
interest
in
their
pockets.
i
call
zone
fitness
and
am
told
accounts
is
too
busy
to
take
my
call
they
will
call
me
back
...I
AM
YET
TO
GET
A
CALL
BACK.
in
between
all
of
this
i
get
a
sales
call
from
a
rep
to
find
out
how
i
am
enjoying
my
time
at
zone
and
if
i
want
to
stay
on
!!!!!!!!
Now
that
I
read
the
reviews,
all
low
ratings
are
related
to
the
extremely
poor
and
greedy
unprofessional
manner
in
which
money
matters
are
handled.
SHOCKING!!
Would
not
recommend!!
