My go McDonald's. In the last few months, got my orders wrong a few times. example different milkshake flavours as what was ordered, coffee comes with milk when it was ordered black, etc. The drive through service is also getting much much slower than the other McDonald's in the area. Some staff are friendly and helpful. Place is always clean. Food is made with a consistent standard. Edit: I visited today 17 November. So much for wanting to up on the 3 stars. I had to push it down to 2. Waited 20 mins for 2 got chocolates. The site was not even full. The drinks were cold when it came. The sugar was pre added and none was given to me. There were serviettes but no sugar or stirrers. The standards are doing at this McDonald's as I have noticed sit down waiting times get longer and outright ridiculous.

I never usually go to McDonald's, but wow the service and everything at this branch is tops. Staff are alive and motivated and the burger and fries were fresh with no long wait. Can't say the same for Canal Walk branch where they haven't quite figured things out yet.

What a struggle to place my order, having to pay so much for what seems to be a small sized meal with the quality and quantity of my chips tasting stale 😔

Shocking service, I waited in the drive through queue for about 30 minutes, only to get to the front to place my order, which was now 10h40 only to be told that it is too late to order breakfast. The manager came walking past and I advised him that I was sitting in the queue before breakfast ended and it is not my fault that the queue was moving so slowly. This man told me that I am lying and that they only opened at 10h30. No apology from him and I don't appreciate being told that I am a liar. He should check his cameras and would see how long I waited. According to the website, their opening time is 6am. This was Saturday 25th November 2023.

Took my daughter there with 5 friends. Not bad this one is very big inside and toilets were clean. The play area was locked and the manager refused to open it. No reason given. Food was cold. Otherwise not bad.

We went to McDonalds with my family, bought a Sharebox(beef) 2 Mcfeast meals regular, Large and 2 Quarter pounder with cheese regular meals. Sadly , our Mcfeast meals came with a B Bag with one fries and which is the large. We went back to get the other fries, their staff was so rude and loud saying we are lying. Being called a liar for regular fries!🙄 Thankfully to the Manager who assisted in spite of the staff being rude and disrespectful. Train your employees right. No one can just lie for pack of fries.

Place is nice and clean, but the worst burger I have ever had, so dry the pattie was like stones
