The service is horrendous, I love the machine where you can order food yourself, but beware to never choose to pay with cash at the counter. I spent half my break just waiting for someone to help me to pay while the staff argued and refused to work the register. I was then told the woman doing it is counting cash in the back and to wait and when she finally came to help me I was left waiting the rest of my break because they didn't have enough change. It was unbelievable frustrating. At least the food is always good, can't complain about that. Almost worth the trouble.

30 minutes for “fast food” and when I asked where our food was after 20 minutes, I get spoken to in a language unknown to me and laughed at by this staff member (Zintle) … Absolutely horrible experience and as you can see, the McMuffin seemed to have come out the rubbish… I’ve loved McDonald’s since I’ve been a kid but today after every time you’ve ever gotten an order of mine wrong or told me the ice cream machine doesn’t work, todays the day I say no more to McDonald’s.

WOW!! After the management called me about my complain 3 weeks back I popped in here today. First of all the manager that phoned me told me she would not be in but the manager on duty will take care of me. The food was warm and fresh the milkshakes were delicious and on top the service and the way they handled the whole situation was a huge success!!Thank you McDonald's Canal Walk I'M LOVING IT!!!

Food is what is expected. Struggle is the long queue and no order. Lastly trying to find a table is bad. But for quick fast food that you've come to know. There is no better.

Ordered one burger and got the order 35 minutes later! My ticket number was on the window 20 minutes ago to pick up and I kept asking and they looked at the order that was mine but just kept saying they still busy with it... 35 minutes later, that exact package was given to me. The food was cold, chips was dry. Absolutely pathetic and disgusting service.

Service is putrid. 30 min wait for 2 cheeseburgers are you crazy. There's so much staff and they all just standing around

Lunch time at this location is a battle. The queues are long and the wait for the food is even longer. We waited for about and hour the two times we went here. The staff are truly trying their best and they try to get the orders out as quick as possible. But I think the space is too small and they are understaffed for the amount of customers.

I ordered a mac flurry passionfruit cheesecake. The picture on the display was totally different than what I got, the sprinkle bits were at the top and the rest of the dessert looked like it was stirred together. The lady helping me at the machine said when I finished ordering in Xhosa that I want the cheesecake mcflurry and that I don't know how it looks like. WOW!
