Their refund/exchange policy is terrible. For example, if you buy 3 items, they give you 3 items for free, however, you are not allowed to return or exchange any of the 3 free items. When I purchased the items, I asked an employee if they were refundable/exchangeable, and she said that they were. However, when I tried to exchange one of the items (which happened to be one of the 3 free items), she told me that it was not exchangeable in a rude and disgusting manner. That same employee claimed that she knew a lot about fashion, telling me that she majored in fashion design. She managed to convince me to buy some of the items that she thought looked good on me, and talked to me in a very disgusting manner when I simply wanted to exchange an item. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This location fell off once they employed these lot of misfits. When Kelsey was the manager the store was nice and employees too. Now it looks like a gosh darn rainbow. Close this nonsense and be done with it.

I would say Icing is just the more mature version of Claire’s. They offer similar products, but for older kids/adults. However, I would like to point out that the staff are not as friendly as the ones at Claire’s.

Great store for all the fashion wear as well as bridal jewelry. I have a lot of their stuff.

Its the same as all others. Younger employees too busy talking amongst themselves to help anyone.

Customer service is awesome, staff is friendly and very helpful.
