Cashier was Phu. I ordered a large hazelnut mocha with less to no ice. Received a glass with 95% ice. I went back to complain. Phu said this is how they make it and she will not make it right. Told her I will leave a review, she said she doesn't care. Exactly the kind of attitude that pushes customers away. At least I am not returning.

I love all their drinks and desserts. The cashier was nice and they helped me choose from a bunch of items on the menu.

Great place to stop on my way home from work. Quick service and good drinks. My go to drink there is the taro lover.

Not that familiar with the menu but the Vietnamese coffee is my wife's favorite and I really like the waffle (both kinds)

My togo for dessert place, although there is a Bambu in Pleasanton, this one is 20% less expensive and on my way to home from work.

I always try to go there to try some new drink but i love dis so much that i end up drinking dis. bambu Special is good too but on the sweeter side. I don’t usually write reviews but I really like this place’s pandan and taro waffles, and the workers are very nice. They even automatically skip the tip page when it’s time to pay, and the list price is what you pay. The drinks and desserts are good too.

This place is cash only and there is never a line here. I normally get dessert #10 which has grass jelly, pandan, and red tapioca balls in coconut milk. Usually they’re all the same to me, but this was a little off as it tasted more on the bland side compared to the others.

Love the drinks here. I just feel like I was not asked if i wanted jelly or what size do i want by the cashier.

Great service and awesome drinks. The shop itself is nice too. It has a nice ambiance. I personally suggest the passion fruit juice. The seeds add a really nice crunch to it. I would also recommend adding some kind of jelly to the juice. It's a great touch.

Perfect jasmine milk tea with boba. Served very quickly. Price is a little high. $7.50 for a large so I just get it once in a while.

Cozy, friendly, and the beverages were well made in the tradition of Bambu. They served a few lite snacks to go along with your favorite drink. And you could try your luck with a variety of Lotto games.

Waffles aren't as thick soft and spongy as before, today they were delivered hard crispy thin and dry even though I requested for extra soft. New staff?

I have always come to this location for dessert because it's very close to my house and I can even walk there. my favorite one is #1 and #10 on their Che's menu. I would recommend it.

Terrible service, I got charged twice on my debit card after I had showed them my transaction on my phone and still they refused to give me service. I had to run my card again and they stated they could refund my money the following morning. I came back just to find out they can’t to anything without manger approval. So to wait and come back one more time when he’s there. Their lack of understanding and bad communication have lost them a regular customer. Will not recommend this place to anyone.
