It’s my third time here and all experiences have been terrible. Food is great and prepared by very professional staff however I noticed there are a couple of kids who are running behind the counter in the kitchen where they prepare the food?? It’s really concerning since it’s not sanitary at all. I really hope there is a change because there can be a lot of terrible outcomes if this continues.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I was told by a former employee that the owners pay for their good reviews - most of them are fake! Takes a really really long time. Then have an attitude when asked nicely about it. The training for employees is non-existent, and orders are frequently wrong. How difficult is it to make a sandwich?

Tried the house salad, squash and vegetarian vegetables soup and a veg sandwich. Every food item was served fast and was healthy and tasty. Cashier was friendly. The sitting area is spacious.

Can’t speak on everything as a whole because I just dropped by to get the clam chowder before I went fishing and it wasn’t very good. Not much flavor and pretty much 0 clams in the large size that I ordered. I will come back and maybe try their sandwiches because they looked pretty good but as far as the clam chowder it’s a no go for me. Also the guy behind the counter was kissing his girlfriend off to the side which seems inappropriate especially when you didn’t acknowledge me and ask what I would like to order

This place used to be good but no longer. Orders take 25+ minutes to finish (even if you’re the only customer) and the new employees frequently mess them up. Always double check your order before leaving, otherwise you’ll get home just to realize they forgot to give you your sandwich or soup bowl. Food quality has also gone down, really disappointed since I used to frequently eat here.

This place needs to update their hours to closing at 645pm. We were in the Deli at 645pm (it had an open sign) and the staff refused to serve us soup or anything else except sandwich. They also couldn't let us eat there as they were going to shut down at 7pm. It's all good as long as the website is updated. Or least change the sign to CLOSED so people dont walk in and be disappointed. One place I wont be visiting any time soon.

We ordered a Door Dash pick up this evening which were sandwiches, soup, and salad. As we pulled into the parking lot, the Erik's Deli side was quite busy with cars going in and out, so we ended up parking to the right near the Cheese steak place. We noticed there was only one other set of people siting down eating and there was no line at the register. I let them know we were there for a Door Dash pick up and they said it wasn't ready yet. They guy behind the counter was polite and continued to finish our order. It was completed about 5 to 10 minutes after the pick up time. Since we weren't in a rush a little extra wait time was OK. I had the Potbelly sandwich and it was very tasty. My family also enjoyed their salads, soups, and sandwiches.

Ate here today, ordered the veggie sandwich and added some roast beef to it, absolute perfection! Super fresh sprouts, meat, vegetables, mushrooms and bread, super delicious! The butternut squash soup was just as good, if not better than, my own recipe. Nice little outdoor dining area, this place is one of my new favorites.

I like going to Erik's on Sunday afternoon because I get the whole place to myself. Quiet, clean, and easy parking.

Horrible. Messed up both my carryout sandwich orders. The only job they had, and they didnt do it right. Moreover, they put RAW mushrooms in the sandwich.. who does that?! Order was so simple, and still made both so terribly wrong. A waste of $20!! please hire people who can do the basic necessity of the job - follow an order.

Sandwich has become more expensive than before like everything else but quality has also deteriorated. Order two farmer market vegetarian Sandwich. After opening found out one was with meat. Had to go back and delayed the lunch. Disappointed. Earlier they were forgetting to put pickle, that has improved

I usually come in around 11am. They make good sandwiches, plenty choice of soups.. Staff always courteous and friendly, makes me frequently visit.
