I have been a patient at Performance Care Centre for quite some time and have had incredible chiropractic and acupuncture treatments with Dr. Amanda and Dr. Natasha. My most recent massage therapy with Zach was also outstanding. After suffering from a terrible cough for weeks I felt like I had strained every muscle in my shoulders and neck. I had limited mobility and the pain made it difficult to function. Dr. Amanda recommended massage therapy and after just one session with Zach the shooting pain disappeared. All of the staff are knowledgeable, professional and caring. I am very grateful for the excellent care I have received. Highly recommend Performance Care Centre.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Natasha for my knee injury now for two months. She has been wonderful in making progress towards me feeling better. She is professional, caring and knowledgeable in her field. I came to Haley for a knee issue in late November, and Haley was able to get me back into running condition by Christmas with some exercises and therapy. The office was always a clean and a calm environment. I would defiantly go back in the future and I would refer Haley to anyone needing physio!

Adrienne is an expert in pediatric chiropractic needs, combined treatment, such as acupuncture, cupping and much more! My 12 year old daughter was diagnosed with bone marrow edema in her right ankle, no easy fix, she has been in pain regularly for 3 years now, with no improvement or answers until we met Adrienne. She's brought much improvement to my daughter in terms of reduced pain and inflammation and range in mobility. My daughter is now able to participate in day to day activities such as walking to and from school, stair climbing, all school sports, skating with minimal discomfort. We had paused activities for awhile and was feeling discouraged due to her daily pain.
