    Not very happy with this establishment today. My husband received a sweet tea through the drive-thru but instead of ice in the cup they put a plastic bag to resemble ice in the cup since their ice machine was broken apparently. This just grosses me out!!!

    Ordered a quarter pounder meal and was told to park and they will bring it out. After 25 minutes of waiting I walked inside to ask for a refund at which time an employee looked at me baffled and confused as to why I would want a refund. They then went to speak with their manager and told them, this customer thinks he waited too long and wants a refund. No darling I don't think I waited too long, I know for a fact that 30+ minutes since ordering is far too long for one burger. Not to mention the last two times before that I went there my order was messed up. Not a great place to eat right now.

    I check my food cause the bun was cold but the meat was hot. I'm assuming someone decided to take a bite out of it and put it in a new bun. I threw all my food out and have put them under my never go back to list.

    At this location, you’re instantly reminded that there are many businesses using Covid to squeeze profits a little farther than they normally can with a sign at the door reminding customers that you can only order through a screen and not face to face with an employee. As an added bonus I was greeted by the gruesome scene of underneath one of the booths which contained a time capsule of the last 10 years of missing french fries. With the fries thin and dry, the Big Mac patties tasteless as cardboard, this location fails to serve to the standards expected by such an American staple. Sure enough, I won’t be returning for another thousand calorie meal anytime soon.

    Annoyed at this place every time I come here. Pulled up at 10:49am. Tried to order from the menu board which displayed the breakfast menu. My order was put in as a filet o fish (ew, gross). Asked why it wasn't the breakfast item I ordered and was told that breakfast was no longer being served. That's 100% fine. Im not salty about breakfast being over, but if you know your menu board isn't accurate, please lead with that. I do not have your menu memorized. I rarely eat here. So, im holding up the line trying to google the menu. A simple "Good morning, please be advised that breakfast has ended, but our menu board will not reflect that until 11am" is all it takes to avoid the frustration. Corporate needs to be called and the menu change timer needs to be updated. You're putting your customer service reps in the line of fire of everyone's frustration. Hope others were as understanding as I was. Super annoying. Money girl was sweet. The pick up window was swift.

    This place makes your order super fast. The main problem with that is there's always something either missing from your order or not as ordered. If the staff paid more attention to detail their reviews would greatly improve. If you don't mind double checking your order before you leave then you shouldn't have any problems.

    McDonald's in Milton has become the worst fast food restaurant to eat at. Tonight we waiting over 30 mins for our fast food. Had the girl working the front counter tell me our food we just received couldn't be remade it would take to long. Continued attitude. Beyond over being disrespected when all we wanted was food. Door dash orders flying in they can't keep up. MANAGAER IN TRAINING DOESNT HAVE A CLUE.

    The regular hamburger had more on it than the 1/4 pounder did !!! They do have Great sweet tea and luke warm fries.

    Food is never fresh. Fries are never full and employees are very unsocial to customers. Waited 20 minutes for my food and it was cold.

    I hardly Ever eat at McDonald's. We asked for made to order fries with our meal. The fries was cooked and then re-cooked in the grease, you could tell because all the inside of the fries were dissolved. I want even waste my time stopping at this McDonald's again. You will not have repeat customers if this is how your staff is trained to serve your customers. The food was soo bad you don't even deserve one star.

    I placed the order through Uber Eats for delivery. Everything we ordered was on the receipt. After the driver left, I realized that the Happy Meal for my granddaughter was missing the apple slices. She was VERY disappointed as she loves fruit. Then I had ordered 4 Cookies and Creme pies for the grandchildren as a treat if they ate their dinner. They were so excited but when I opened the box, no Cookies and Creme pies. Chocolate chip cookies instead which they didn't want. We already had Chocolate chip cookies at the house. I have tried to call them for 50 minutes now and it's a busy signal. I am not pleased at all. The Uber Eats driver was very nice and on time. This McDonald's is why people hate ordering from fast food restaurants. They never get the order right. Oh did I mention that I placed the order around 4:30 to be delivered at 6:00 so they had an hour and a half to get it right and still messed it up.

    Food is terrible here. Burgers were over done. Nuggets were burnt. Spent almost 50 bucks to feed a family and to be honest it was awful. I don’t recommend this location to anyone. And will never return

    It’s bad enough that you now have to spend 40-50 dollars for food for a food there these days but this is the 3rd and final time I have been shorted on my order. When your being charged 4 and 5 dollars for a burger some kind of care should be taken to insure you get what you pay for. I don’t want to hear I have to come back and get it right with the manager and burn up triple the gas and time dealing with it just adds insult to injury.

    I just moved here, and every time I go through this location... the wait is beyond ridiculous... I spent almost 25 minutes in the drive threw with only 3 vehicles ahead of me. The last 2 times I was there, they completely messed up my order. If there was another location, I would visit it. Until then, I will keep taking chances with this one. It's not like they can get it wrong every day, is it?

    Went through drive through and was parked for over 20 minutes for 2 sausage biscuits and an egg McMuffin.! Finally went in to check on my order. Was given the wrong order twice! The third attempt had the biscuits but hash browns were missing. On the attempts to get the right order, the worker who was bagging the orders came over and said “ I already made your order!” I said well I don’t have it and handed him my receipt. He was totally disrespectful. I’m not your employee but a paying customer!!

    Nice place, of course not to much special, but in general has a good, nostalgic atmosphere, at least for me. The food is pretty good, nothing fancy but still nice, and the people working there are pretty nice too. Food also comes quick, and orders are accurate.

    The food is fine except for my large chocolate which had like straight alcohol in it. There was booze or cleaning solution in my milkshake and I drank a decent amount of that. Kinda not great.

    I tend to go here for the FREE Wi-Fi for my I line class since I don't have home internet..a guy I assume is the owner, told me I'd have to buy something or leave because WiFi was for customers only. The Wi-Fi isn't really free them is it?

    Food was made correctly, tasted great and was delivered in a timely manner. That was well maintained and controlled by a very good supervisor. Restaurant area was clean and the men's room was clean.

    Came here with my kid was ignored for 10 minutes, after the worker made eye contact with me multiple times. My Daughter asked wanted a pikachu happy meal with Nuggies Apples and Milk “Pawlease” . We got it as we got in the car and driving home They gave us cold Nuggets, French fries no Apple slices and Luke warm milk that I didn’t feel safe giving my kid. Just a disappointment. Listen don’t tell my Kid you have to toy she wants and give her something else and try and poison my Kid with warm milk. The Toy oh Right No Pokémon cards. She got crayons and a McDonald’s coloring page with the purple monster thing. I didn’t bother returning as this is the 4th time I been been treated Horrible at the McDonald’s around here. Thanks for ruining my Kids Day. I contact Corporate this and the Location on Avalon have serious health, safely and other issues.

    The fries were smashed down into the container, so it looked like a wad of fries with just a few sticking out of top. I asked for x-pickles and it came with only two (believe two are the standard). The caramel Frappuccino taste like an icee, not a Frappuccino. It’s on me though because I think, well maybe they have improved since the last time I was there (a year ago). Nope! A thank you and smile would be nice too when you’re being handed your food 🙄.

    The cashier was very sweet and helpful. The place was very clean and well kept. There wasn't any like they were very quick and I went at lunch time. Me and my mom got mocha frappes which were delicious. My dad got a mc flurry and I had a little bit of it which tastes really good. It had lots of cookie and the mocha frappes had a perfect consistency which made it even more enjoyable. Definitely recommend coming here they had the best mocha frappes out of all the McDonalds I've been too.

    Out local owned MCDs. We lovevit they seem to do a great job and really nothing bad you can say. No play yard and the parking is kinda tricky. 👌 but all and all it's a pretty great place to grab a quick hamburger and a drink.

    Coffee not hot. Nov 2022: To go order- no utensils in bag, water cup not furnished after requested, muffin ordered and paid for but not in bag. Lots of customers but lost their focus. If ordering to go, always check ✔️ your bag before leaving. Too much hurry, hurry.

    Order missing my apple slices, gave me incorrect sandwich asked for no mustard, got a plain sandwich with no pickles, onions, or cheese. Then on the fish filet had a sliver of cheese on it. I waited 40 minutes for this mess. Just wanted to have a nice lunch with my 4 yr old. Wish i could post a pic.

    I want to give a shout out to Naveah sorry I misspelled your name. She was quick on her feet with my little complicated order. Also my food was hot and fresh. I pulled up to get my order and the manager on duty greeted me with a big smile!! Great job

    I get off work from my job in food service and pay $6 for a filet o fish sandwich from you. It had half a piece of cheese on it, and I had to put my own tartar sauce on it. What a letdown. Maybe if you had to work for tips like I do, you'd care a little bit more

    They are rude ,don't get your order right. It takes 30 to 45 minutes in drive thru at this time I wouldn't feel right recommending this place to eat. Half the time your food is cold. I saw a girl I know and if you use a card you better keep an eye on your account, because her and her boyfriend steals your card info and uses to buy stuff and get stuff delivered to them like food and stuff. So be careful.
