They’re unprofessional. I’ve gave them chance after chance. They’re all over the place. Our elders are better off going to a different Doctors office. I only gave 2 stars because for me, both of the Therapist that I’ve had, they both are so awesome! Otherwise this place would get a one star or lower.

Called yesterday not sure who i spoke to main person who answered put me on hold then the woman i spoke to was rude. All i did was kindly ask if they could send a general email out. the employees are parking in front of the electric car charger. so to charge my car i have to go before they open or after they close.The only time in a week the ev charging spots ( there are two designated spots...two charger plugs)are not occupied by non electric cars is before or after their business hours. i could just call police and have cars ticketed but I am trying to be nice. what if they needed gas and a car was constantly parked in front of the pump they needed? My car is 100% electric so i have to charge. the sign says ev charging ONLY all caps. ev means electric vehicles so unless you are charging an electric car use another spot. Please send an email to your staff so i can charge when I need to or i will file a formal complaint.

Trying to establish care, but at this point, I am so put off by their behavioral health receptionist and their snotty attitudes. What is wrong with these women who are supposed to be working in the mental health field? I’ll be damned if I seek treatment somewhere that makes me wish to be snotty in return. I am trying to heal, not revert to past defense mechanisms!

Personally I love this place and it is always a joy when I come here. The receptionists are always polite. I don't have to wait long for my appointment and the doctors and nurses are always nice. The new move when they did is absolutely beautiful and I am always captivated by the art that they have.

First off, let me start by saying how beautiful this clinic is. Really such nice, beautiful and clean building. It's really great to see it, even when driving by. The area is still kind of up and coming so some parts are rough. It makes me appreciate seeing a business take pride in it's appearance and hope others in the area follow the same path. Next I will say the staff (medical & desk people) are super friendly and awesome. I used to live in Chicago and was nervous to make the switch because I really felt a connection with the people there. (I figured I would just make the drive down) But the MKE Indian Clinic is 4 minutes away from my office, so I figured why not. Well, after my first visit I knew I loved it so much. Great atmosphere. Desk staff is friendly. Medical staff listens and understands. The lady in the pharmacy sat on the phone & answered all my crazy questions. lol. I just really, really like it here.

Best clinic I have ever been too. The staff here really does care about you and definitely will go the extra mile to make sure you understand your health.

Very understanding and concerned doctors. I've been a patient there as well as my kids for a very long time and i wouldnt fo anywhere else. The pediatrician here is great.

Great Client Service from the Receptionist Debra & My Doctor is Very Understanding & Resourceful ! Now as far as the sense of Urgency from the Referral Specialist (which they only have ONE of) named Rose their is NONE whatsoever !! I’ve literally been leaving voicemails for ongoing Months & she has yet to return a call. Whenever I ask to speak with her she’s ether on vacation on break or just unavailable it’s frankly disappointing seeing that everyone else is on point. Ether they need to hire her help or flat out terminate her ! *Currently looking for a New Doctors Office*
