They refused to see me because they assumed my face swelling was due to tooth issue even though I told them I was recovering from sinus cold so I went to Aurora urgent care ( after going to two fastcare locations w/unhelpful staff). FYI- the swelling has nothing to do with my tooth, it's a serious infection in my cheek gland (not dental related) that requires antibiotics with correct diagnosis by a well-educated doctor. Thankfully I received quick and caring treatment from Aurora!

They turned me away as they were “hoping another patient would show up for their appointment” when I asked to make an appointment she said our clinic does not make those. I clearly was having trouble breathing and have a severe allergic reaction so she suggested that I go to an urgent care that is over 25 minutes away from my house and the clinic on 6th. I’m very thankful that my reaction is not more severe and that I have had these symptoms before otherwise the care and concern provided to me today wouldn’t suffice. Due to my job, I have to use Froedtert but I will be seeking a new office because the only person to ask me if I was okay was the security guard who could tell my breathing was deteriorating quickly.

The absolute worst place ever. If I had to choose a place for treatment ever again, you could not in a million years convince me to go there. First the guy person who answers the phone was unprofessional and gave out inaccurate information and was rude. Going in to the front desk not sure how any of those people behind the desk got jobs dealing with the public. The guy gave incorrect information, so that clinic don't actually take walk ins and I did not find out until I got there. The people behind the desk thought it was funny. The security guy is also a joke. He never bothered to come and ask me what the issue was, he instead got second hand info from sheniqua, shaquan, and shanaenae. I if I was clinging to life, i would never go back to that place. The entire place and the people who work there are ghetto. I tried calling the manager and what a shocker, no one picked up. Avoid it people, there, are much better urgent care facilities out there. The place doesn't deserve patients. It gives froedtert hospital a bad look. Again avoid this place.

Today I went to this clinic because I was having problems breathing I suffered from asthma and usually is controlled but whenever I get sick it gets bad so when I went to this clinic it was because l was having problems breathing I got there at 936 had got checked in then the rude doctor came out refusing to see me because she had a 10:00apt mind you I was having problems breathing she was so rude that her own receptionist had to tell her about herself and she began to get very disrespectful with the receptionist all in all bad 1st experience and I will never go back to that place. oh so when I did go to anotherplace oxygen was at 90

A walk-in clinic that keeps its sign on while not accepting more patients 40 minutes before close.

Receptionist, needs to fix her attitude. If you don’t like your job, why work there?

I received timely and compassionate care from the NP at the McKinley FastCare Clinic. I made a convenient appointment online and had a treatment plan the next morning after my visit.

I have had a LOT of bad experiences with these types of clinics, so I waited until this was my last choice to go here. I wish I went earlier! I had the most lovely nurse take care of me and she went above and beyond with her care to make sure I was doing well. Very impressed and I hope that I can come back if anything happens!

New MD or NP (she never introduced herself) was very rude and condescending. I don’t have her name, even though she “pointed” to it on my after visit summary. I go home and can’t find her name anywhere.

The receptionist and PA were super nice and helpful. I made an online appointment and they saw me right away. They validate parking tickets for the garage across the way.
