    Favorite of all stores... drinks always taste the same... service is always friendly and efficient. I love this place!!! Tried some new drinks this last visit and man are they good!!! Totally recommend the Pineapple Machi iced drink is sooo good... my husband preferred the Carmel crunch and the cookie crumble frappes! Check them out!

    Horrible! Customer service is definitely not goal here. After waiting for thirty minutes or longer got my drink and nothing about it was correct except it was a form of a Frappuccino, but surly not what I ordered by far. Will never return to this location.

    This is the 3rd time I get the wrong order, they always give me a different flavor and I can’t do anything because I get home, this is a waste of my own money 😡, this is why I always go to another one even if is far, I asked for 2 hot white chocolate and they gave me the regular one

    I’ve been a loyal client at this location for years now. It used to be an amazing crew with Kaitlyn who made my drinks on point all the time. Then there’s a lady who still working there. She got an attitude with me bc I asked for a lil more half and half. She told me how to order to get more milk. If you make my drink perfectly, I wouldn’t need to customize my drink. It doesn’t matter how I want my drink. I have to pay for everything I ask for. Why would you make it difficult? There was one time I had to ask to pay for more half and half. But manager at that time said sorry to me and offered my a gift card. I didn’t want a free drink, I just asked for a lil more half and half. Then this morning, I picked up my order. It was terrible. Tripple shots of espresso tasted nothing, but full cup of milk, and it tasted all sugary and weird. I paid almost $5 but couldn’t drink it. You tell me if it’s milk or coffee????? If you know how much I’ve spent on Starbucks, you wouldn’t treat me this bad way. Poor customer service and quality of drinks.

    Disapointed af. This is my tall toasted mocha. 😐 30% is missing....nothing is in here. Good thing I paid with a gift card. Because I'd want my money back.

    I ordered a caramel frappe and it was so watery it made me sick (not literally) the cashier didn't offer a receipt or anything I had to ask for it as I saw her offer other customers theirs. I normally have good experience with Starbucks but south 27th is a no go for me.

    They don’t check the bag properly and the staff manager don’t take care customer good my first an last time I ordered here n I spent almost 35 dollar there I’m so mad right now

    Running out of items is unavailable I understand, but waiting to tell you until after you order when you get to the pick up window totally avoidable. Having the right information on the items that are available is a thing of team communication not last minute scramble. Location still needs some polishing to become more efficient and make it worth the 8 dollar drink.

    I love everything they make there and you get what you pay for also search secret menu on Google and they have so many different things you can get like I had to make me a banana split Frappuccino it was amazing. The picture you see is a hot macchiato and I decided to mix the apple crisp with, pumpkin and vanilla in it and I had them add anextra shot of expresso, so if you do that extra expresso, make sure you add extra pumpkin and extra Apple because it will taste just like strong coffee if you don't. I just edited my post and I had to get another hot macchiato with half pumpkin and half apple crisp but with an extra shot of expresso. I asked for extra apple, and ask for extra pumpkin 🎃 or else like I said, it tastes straight like coffee and I added vanilla, it is delicious. It's like a pumpkin pie with whipped cream with Apple. A pumpkin and like an apple pie. Just love it and play Starbucks Starland, you don't even have to buy anything to enter, you get two plays a day even if you buy something or even if you don't. They also have different challenges on the application.

    Absolutely terrible. The service was met with an attitude, the beverages were not Starbucks quality. I will be escalating this issue. Asked for a refund because I did not receive what I paid for which also was met with resistance. Dome lid, no cold foam which I ordered and paid for. You go to Starbucks for a premium not to be met with McDonald’s attitude and quality. Says a lot about these people working there.

    This place is ALWAYS dirty inside. Tables and counters are sticky , used napkins and straws everywhere. The service from their employees are the worst! I always have to wait over 20 mins for 1 drink. I tried giving them another chance after not going to this location for over 6 years and regretted it.

    I love starbucks but this starbucks is not very clean, everytime I go there the garbage is full, the tables not clean and the glass door is very dirty.

    This is the second time I’m here we’ll after 6am and no one is tending the drive through.. no response , no sign, and when you pull up to the window to see what’s going on , there are people inside and they just stare , turn around and today the were actually laughing. Not one person opened the window to say “we’re sorry, the machines down, we have no staff, nothing. They just walked around , saw me, and ignored me.
