Waited in the drive through for 15 minutes. Waited at the 1st window while the attendee worked on the next orders. They forgot my drink. Gave me the wrong food. And the bun was moldy. The doors were all locked and no one came to the window. Would have gone back through the drive through but wasn’t about to wait again. Wasted my money

It all started when I asked for a straw, next thing you know I’m getting threatened for being “inpatient” lol like what? And by the manager at that she had a manager badge and head set on! She said as I walked away after she threw like 5 straws on the counter at me “Here, now walk away before you get smacked ion got time for this” … 0.o I’m not angry but I’m sure as heck confused. I’ll pass on eating the food. Even though I payed already. I could only imagine what the food would be like. If it’s even safe or sanitary to eat.

I've been in "customer service" for a while so i feel my rating is fair. Reasons why is 1) Advertised to be open at 5am there are two to three vehicles in lot (so clearly there are employees working or else they should partner with a tow company and get extra income from that cut) I've stopped by multiple times at varying times in the morning and they never seem to be open until after ~7am. Again I've worked in similar business so i understand the rebuttable "yeah people are working but they're prepping" well then change your advertised hours and/or at bare minimum post a sign at both drive thru and doors. 2) When an order is placed their turnover time is lackluster and you'd think "well they're taking their time, means my order will be fresh and correct at least" NO, 50% of the time it's lukewarm or wrong. And finally they seem to not be properly trained in the way the McD's app orders work but you can't really blame the employees for this one.

They were staffed car line up to the street food taste like it had been in the holding been for hours the hamburger I ordered was sloppy greasey all out the wrapping paper. I ordered a sweet tea a d the gave me tea with no sugar. It was horrible

They had 4 sodas, no Mello yellow or rootbeer even for being coke products, worker was extremely rude and the frape machine was down making every limited so it was milk or a choice of 4 sodas and they didn't have orange juice either

This McDonald's is on E. Capitol...there is usually something wrong with my order, for instance, the last time I ordered and paid for a medium caramel frappé, I received a small frappé, and there was even an "s" marked the cup!

Don't order a large frappe. They'll give you a large cup with a medium amount - this is the third time it's happened to me at this location, so it's clearly not an accident. The food is hit or miss. Sometimes it's fresh and tasty, sometimes it's definitely been sitting around for way too long.

Why is it that everytime I go here prior to 5pm they still never have the inside open & I only have cash & no car so what people like me don't matter? & also why doesn't anyone ever answer the phone? Is it cuz u know 50% of the time or more it's a complaint about the service/food? NOT RIGHT!

I have a long beard. Apparently they thought I belonged to a religious group they don't like, because several employees came to the window while one of them called me a "bigamist" and refused to give me part of my order! Then they asked me to get out of line. "Bigamist" several times.

The staff is so overwhelming disrespectful and the food is disgusting. Every single person swears and yells. I even got called stupid and told to shut up by staff. They’re all clueless children or rude adults. Orders are always wrong they constantly forget items and they get rude when you are understandable frustrated after having to come all the way back. Literally the worst McDonald’s in Milwaukee

The worst rudest McDonald's staff. I eat McDonald's three or four times a week. I was waiting at the drive-thru for 10 minutes order. The manager say I need to go through the line again to place an order. Pathetic

I accidentally placed an order to this location through the app. I meant to order it to a different location and am unable to pick it up.The only way to get a refund is by calling the store directly, but this store does not answer their phone. I have tried calling about 10 times and no answer each time.
