Steven in maintenance is extremely helpful and kind! Not only did he fix our requests but taught us how to prevent and fix it in the future for when we buy our own home! He did all of this with a big smile and great personality. 100% recommend him! Also very time efficient and fixed our request within a day.

Our unit’s A/C was not functioning properly, and the room worked its way up to 80+ degrees. We had put in a maintenance request, Steven showed up within an hour and he got the A/C working as it should quickly. The turnaround time for getting cool air turned back on was superb. Steven was fantastic and definitely provides great services!

They are also pet friendly, which allowed my partner and I to finally get a dog as planned. Their maintenance and upkeep is also great, as any time I’ve made a report, Steven was there immediately and was very friendly. Very happy with the place!

Library Hill has been great. We really love having Parker as our leasing agent. Everyone that works here is friendly! Maintenance has always replied within a reasonable time and fixes the issue within 24-48 hours. The price is reasonable for a two bedroom apartment and parking is the least of our worries living here. I would recommend living at Library Hill.
