I moved here a few days ago and I already love it! Amy, the apartment manager, and Santino, the maintenance personnel, have been exceptional. They make a great team ! Santino readiness to help and efficiency in solving problems are commendable. Amy is very welcoming and warm first time meeting her felt like I knew her already because of how welcoming and warm she was. Would totally recommend if you are looking for a place to raise your kids. Walkable areas and groceries store right around the corner !

I have lived at CityGreen for a month after relocating from Texas. Picking this property was the best decision I could have made not being familiar with Milwaukee. The property is pristinely maintained, clean, and quiet. All of the neighbors are friendly and it’s such a dog friendly community. From a location standpoint it is unbeatable, close to the lake, downtown, 3rd Ward, freeways. The neighborhood itself is lovely and walkable including at night. I couldn’t be happier with my apartment thus far and look forward to the upcoming community events coordinated by Amy.

I've lived here for many years now and I can say with confidence that this is the hidden gem of downtown. The staff here including Amy and Santino have kept this place in top shape, along with making many welcomed improvements over the years. It is great value for what you pay in rent. Additionally, all of the other tenants in this building over the years have been extremely kind and welcoming. And no, I did not get incentivized to write this review. I just like to share positive feedback with people who deserve it.

What a place to live building is always clean, Amy the property manager is a huge impact to the community going out of her way for everything and anything for us(Residents). The building is within minutes of anything you could ask for, restaurants, groceries, the lake, theaters, coffee, and post office. I highly recommend this complex if you’re looking for your new home; neighbors are friendly huge dog community. A bunch of neighborhood activities in the summer, not far from the bucks stadium walkable distance, Brady street and water street also walkable perfect downtown life.

City Green is a beautiful place to live, and so close to downtown! The staff is just wonderful, especially Amy. What few things crop up are addressed promptly, and I couldn't be happier in this building. I'd recommend City Green to anyone!

I deliver to this apartment all the time and this is the second time this has happened I did Buzz the customer to go into the building I was just not letting myself in and I waited outside until the customer buzzed me in but I was met at the door by management and was grilled all the way up to the apartment and asked a hundred questions about really why I was doing doing there and it really felt me feel very uncomfortable so if there's such a problem with me going in the building to deliver to your residence I will just leave everything downstairs. I am so sorry I crossed paths with you. My night was destroyed
