I’m so grateful to have become a patient here! I’ve always had a fear of dental procedures, especially after getting a bone infection in my jaw at a different practice. From the moment I walked in the door, I’ve received a higher level of care than I could have hoped for. I’ve seen three different doctors here for various procedures and each one has been incredible!! They make a sincere effort to keep pain at a minimal, they thoroughly explain procedures, give accurate pricing quotes in advance, and overall have helped me feel good about coming in and coached me on how to improve my oral hygiene. My sincerest gratitude to this entire practice for helping me reach my dental goals. Five stars is not enough.

These Dentists here are the most compassionate, caring and wonderful ever! I was anti-denti for years till I made an appointment with Dr. Christian. I was ready to jump out the chair- but he was so caring, calm and wonderful! Now, I look forward to going to the dentist! Try them- you will agree!

As for someone who’s been through many dentists, I must say they are very informative and helpful. I would also say my cleaning with Mary Kay was wonderful. She was very friendly and caring. That means a lot from me that is scared of dentists. I’m glad I made the move to care with them! I totally recommend this clinic!

Oh My God..... Dentist's Southshore is AMAZING...!!! From the first time you walk through the door, until the time you walk out it's such a warm feeling. Dr. Micheal is Awesome! It was my first root canal so, I was a little nervous but, I tell you, Dr. Micheal took all that away and made me feel very assured and secured. In fact I felt better going out than I did coming in. What a Blessing! Thank you All for your services and being so genuinely kind. KUDOS!!!

Exceptional! The Dentists treat their patients the way everyone should be treated. With respect, care, understanding. I trust my dentist and his staff explicitly. Their work and interactions with me have always been 100%. They want to know you are satisfied.

Dr Margraff has been by far the most professional and personable dentist I’ve ever seen. My first visit was filled with tearful anxiety, but she was able to talk to me with understanding and patience, explaining to me her plan for the extensive work I would need. No work was done that visit. My following appointments were met with empathy and a friendliness that put me at ease, so much so that I looked forward to my visits. All my procedures were virtually painless, as she took care to make sure I was comfortable and well informed of what she was doing. The office staff and support personnel are wonderful. A welcoming atmosphere at either location. I love my new smile. My only regret was not having Dr. Margraff or any other of their dentists as my dentist years ago A sincere thank you.

Another trip to The Dentist South Shore and as always, it went amazing. All the staff is so pleasant and Dr. Mike was fun and skilled handling my filling. Holly the assistant made the appointment fly with conversation. Can’t wait to be back !

My wife and I have been patients for about 2 years now and we are very happy with the services that they provide. I was just there today for a crown and was very surprised I was in and out in 1.5 hrs, no more multiple visits to have this done. Everyone is very professional, friendly, and Dr. Christian Harteau is simply the best.
