Nichole is was so passionate and skilled! She taught me so much during my apt! After many disappointments with East Town Spa, I tried Salon Nova, and I am so happy that I did! They are truly exceptional! Nichole told me about the owner, who patented his own lash technique, and the end result is so superior to the work of other salons! I will not only be returning, but I already booked another appointment for next week. They offer just about any beauty service you can think of. Thanks Salon Nova for fitting me in last second, and for a fabulous first time experience!

Scheduled hair and makeup for my wedding. When I arrived with my maid of honor found out that they hadn't called anyone in to do my hair. Didn't tell me right away but knew something was wrong when there was a lot of whispering going on. Couldn't explain what had happened. Charged $164 for the makeup for two of us which I wouldn't have booked if it wasn't the full services for the wedding. Then didn't credit me for the deposit which had to be put down. When I asked for the deposit to be refunded, put it back on the wrong card. Don't feel they are well suited for wedding services. On a positive note, one of the stylists put curls in my hair for me when he found out what happened, the prices for haircuts seem more than reasonable and the hairstylists seems busy so might be a good place to go for regular haircuts just wouldn't recommend it for your wedding day.

Quite literally the best hair cut I’ve ever had in my life and I’ve lived all over the country! Michael did a fantastic job cutting my 2B/C curly hair. He was so much fun to chat with and is so talented and professional. Not only is this the best cut I’ve ever gotten, it’s also the most affordable curly cut! I was able to pay for my cut, three products, and leave a well deserved tip for the cost of what a curly cut has cost me other places. Michael and Salon Nova will be my permanent hair home from now on. I can’t wait to come back for my next appointment! ❤️❤️

I had no doubts in my mind that Aly would be styling my hair for my wedding day. She has been my stylist for years and I trusted her with my curly and unruly hair. On the day of, both Aly and Karmine effortlessly styled our hair. They were professional, cheery, and all of our hair was beautiful. It held all day and through dancing the night away.

After countless of hair appointments at several salons, I finally was able to have a stylist achieve a result that is making progress towards my hair goals. The stylist was receptive and communicated well, she was kind and did a great job. I will be back for sure!

I've been a customer of Nova since 2014. He's absolutely the BEST at extensions and we've created the most amazing color palettes for my hair. Top marks all around! I've started using the salon for laser facial treatments and other services and couldn't be happier. I can't say enough about the incredible service and satisfaction of being a client.

Michael Rocks! I’ve been going to him a short time, but I tell y’all the cuts and color he gives are excellent!! The cut and color I received yesterday is outstanding! Love him!

I have gone here to get my lashes done for 6 years and they are the best. I love their new space, it's gorgeous. Each stylists is amazing and does a great job but Josh is my favorite. I've had to go to other places due to travel and can for sure say they do the best. I would highly recommend going to them but you do have to book in advance, especially if you want to see someone specifically.
