I currently live here. The first 6-7 months was just fine, however when new management took over, the place really went downhill - FAST. When calling for maintenance, you will be met with attitude from the female manager and you will wait a long time for repair IF anyone ever shows up. The hallways always have garbage in them all over the floor. The basement constantly has water in it and it smells like mold. Since new management, there are also new group of tenants. Expect screaming or fighting in the parking lot on the weekend, the hallway constantly smells like weed, and management is the KING of passive aggressive note posting all over the property LOL. The ONLY reason I have not moved is because the price is right, and I am saving to buy a house. Location is a plus. That is about it.

Quite frankly, this apartment is one of the worst aparments i have had the displeasure of living in. Driving up the secluded path to the complex, you may mistake the building for a run down nursing home. From the first glance, the shabby building looks in need of some serious updates and repairs. As soon as you enter the building and pass a dated 'No Smoking' sign, a curious smell of old cigarettes and mold climbs and makes its way into your lungs. Each floorboard groans under your step while walking up the carpeted stairs. Upon entering the apartment, you will find a leak under the kitchen sink (maintenence is still pending) and low water pressure in the bathroon sink (maintenance is also still pending). And when you sit down and try to enjoy your tea or coffee or whatever your choice of morning beverage is, you will need strong headphones to block out yelling and the pounding footsteps of children. The pool however, is a very lovely place to unwind from the stress of living in this apartment. Unless the children beat you to it.

I would recommend ONLY if You are looking for a nice area to live because that is pretty much ALL they have to offer. There is no gym, No sauna, and half the washer/dryers don’t work. The pool has been closed since before COVID. Smoking is allowed in the units causing horrible odors if you’re not used to the smell of cigarettes or simply don’t prefer to have the smell in your apartment. Door entries are always filled with trash and “free” garbage from other units. My maintenance request is still pending nearly a month after put in with management.

This is a great move if you enjoy the inconvenience of the washing machines being down at any given moment. Only 1 out 5 work. The dryers take $1-$1.25 but you would normally spend $3 per load to actually get your clothes dry. The indoor pool is filthy and I’ve never seen the water drained. This place could use some serious updates.

Maintenance man will try to string all your repairs out until your forget or do it yourself. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Recently moved here thinking they had storage space available and they don’t. Now I have to pay extra for a storage unit. False advertising on many different websites. Request a thorough viewing before moving here. Fraud

Maintenance man and management string all your repairs out until your forget or do it yourself. The washer n dryers never work..they eat your $ or don't dry your clothes. The management is so poor, can't seem to do the job or communicate properly. Or dont care, I'm not sure. The place is now met with theft. Breaking into cars, stealing packages weekly. HOWEVER, one thing they do know how to do is raise the rent with outdated & broken apartments.. raised it like 3 or 4x since covid and the last jump was 60$ for September I don't feel safe here anymore and it's sad I used to love living here. I don't recommend this place. The new management got rid of our security guard as well... great decision making with that!

I currently live here and have experienced no problems thus far! Management as well as the owner have been very helpful and accommodating throughout the pandemic we have been experiencing. The apartments are located in a very convenient area, making it very easy to get from point A to point B. It’s a very reasonable price for a living space and I highly suggest it if you’re looking for an affordable living space!
