I want to start this review off by saying that my dentist experience at Smile Institute of Family dentistry was amazing, 10/10. My comfort, safty, and in the know knowledge was a priority and I felt that from all the staff from when I come in, to when I leave. The staff and dentist are incredibly kind and thorough and I was taken aback at the quality of everything. During my procedure, my hand was held metaphorically speaking and it was nice, even thou my procedure was a bit more involved, they made sure I felt no discomfort and almost no pain, they provided headphones and music of your choice to zone out to and nice sunglasses for the spot light they use. Overall I can confidently say this is MY dentistry and I won't be going anywhere else. The best part is that they are consistent with this level of care, it can be your first time or third time and everything I mentione rings true. Again, 10/10 experience, and for someone who's always been anxious about the dentist procress, I no longer am!

I love this place. The staff are all really kind and they make it a lot less scary to get your teeth cleaned. They always maximize comfort and make sure that you come first. 10/10 would recommend.

I would give it 10 stars if I could!! I love the entire staff! The receptionist is AMAZING nice and sweet. Just an overall friendly environment. Very knowledgeable and really cared about my concerns! From Dr. Mims, to Ashley the hygienist and LaDonna with a capital D! Last but not least, aromatherapy and a massage dental chair. It’s clean and smells good. I felt like I was at home. So glad I found this dentist office.

Dr. Mims and her team were awesome. From arrival to departure, I experienced nothing short of high quality service. The office is very welcoming, and the staff ensured my comfort throughout my visit. Dr. Mims does an excellent job of explaining everything she does, and she gives you time to ask questions. I never once felt rushed during my visit. If you’re looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Mims and her team.

Dr. Tucker Mims is the best! I was in a lot of pain and she asked what she could do to take it away. Discovering a cracked tooth was the culprit, she extracted it before I even knew it was gone. She and her staff are caring and professional and went out of their way to make me comfortable. I can’t wait to see her again. 🙏🏾

During my visits with Dr. Mims, I have found her to be incredibly thorough and attentive. She always takes the time to listen to my concerns and she provides professional advice in a clear and concise manner. Additionally, I have been impressed with the friendly and knowledgeable staff who have been more than helpful during my visits. Overall, I am truly grateful for the exceptional care and attention that I have received from Dr. Mims and her team.

My visit to Smile Institute of Family Dentistry was extremely pleasant and relaxing. I was met with a warm greeting, and was invited to take care of scheduling future appointments for myself and my 15 year old daughter at the beginning of my appointment. When I went back for my cleaning one of the first questions I was asked was did I want any aromatherapy, I said yes. That helped to create and support a relaxing environment alongside my chair back massage. The cleaning went well and the hygienist communicated when needed throughout including her suggesting a month-wash that I plan to try along with Mi Paste to protect my teeth between visits that I’ll also try. Dr Mims’ greeting as she made it in to me was warm, sweet and inviting. She also communicated thoroughly and asked questions that made me consider some additional techniques to support my dental hygiene. Overall, amazing visit. I also was able to purchase electronic toothbrush heads, the Mi Paste and a water flosser at her office.

I am always treated like a queen there. Comfortable massaging chair, blanket, aromatherapy, good quality headphones that I can listen to my own music on. The staff and Dr Mims are outstanding. As a young child I remember hating going to dentist. Now I look forward to it cuz I know I am going to be treated with respect and love. I couldn't recommend a better dentist. I travel 30 minutes but it is well worth it.

I am very grateful for the care provided by Dr. Airiga Tucker Mims and her team. Dental visits are among my least favorite, however she always makes sure I am comfortable, and always have a pleasant experience. Her staff members are also very professional. I love it here!
