Odd
Duck
is
the
kind
of
experience
of
a
restaurant
you
want
in
any
city
you
go
to.
Its
the
kind
of
restaurant
that
represents
the
venue's
operators
lifetime
of
experiences
of
food
growing
up
in
their
city
and
presenting
an
evolution
of
those
experiences
on
a
plate.
I
did
my
research
before
I
came
into
Milwaukee
and
that
research
paid
off
in
spades.
Come
here
with
friends.
Get
a
big
table
and
order
one
of
each
off
the
menu.
But
before
you
go
start
your
feast,
indulge
in
any
of
their
cocktails
especially
their
Milwaukee
Old
Fashioned.
The
menu
changes
often
but
some
crowd
favourites
remain
but
this
is
the
beauty
of
this
restaurant.
It
never
feels
stale
and
uninspired.
On
the
night
I
went
we
had
a
Tuna
Crudo
with
tomato
and
watermelon,
Tuna
Chorizo,
Chicken
Fried
Oyster
Mushroom
(an
absolute
moorish
of
a
dish
and
you
can't
stop
at
just
one
plate
for
the
table),
Duck
Confit
flautas,
Woodfired
Broccoli,
Beef
Short
Rib
(
one
of
the
best
Vietnamese
inspired
dishes
I've
had
anywhere
in
this
world)
and
some
woodfired
Za'atar
bread
you
will
always
need
to
have
room
for
to
also
order.
But
don't
carb
up
too
much.
Save
it
for
dessert
which
by
this
time
it
could
be
too
late
because
you've
indulged
in
the
amazing
savouries.
But
take
a
breather,
and
order
the
mochi
and
soft
serve.
This
place
is
best
enjoyed
as
a
family
share.
Gone
are
the
days
of
dropping
courses
in
front
of
you.
This
is
the
kind
of
restaurant
where
the
chef,
servers
and
team
want
you
to
share
in
their
food
experiences
with
you
the
way
they
intended
too.
