Came here yesterday for lunch with my mom and brother. I haven't been here in months. When I came, it was a whole different experience I had. The food was good and delicious. Their staff was very nice to us , gave us more napkins , more juice,, treated us very good. Would come back to eat some breakfast next time I be in the neighborhood.

I picked up my food and this is what I opened up. A greasy, cold burger. This is DISGUSTING. I call to speak with a manager who states, the food is cooked fresh. What a liar! Expect this if you're ordering here!

They were close to closing and didn't want to seat us wanted us to take it to go But then they had a change of heart and the food was excellent the waitress was #1 and the coffee was fresh Thanks for letting us eat after a long day at work

I honestly had low expectations from this place, but the waitress named *Dee* really was amazing. She was really helpful and actually had the kitchen prepare for us great fresh coffee and desert. This place provided a perfect place for a get together with some friends.

This was our first time at this Denny's location. From the time we walked in the gentleman greeted and seated us and our waitress was awesome. She may have been fairly new but she was a Rockstar. The lady who took over for our waitress was awesome as well. I cannot speak highly enough of the service we received and the food was great. Definitely glad we came here. Thank you

Mimi was an amazing waitress! She was so helpful, pleasant, caring and just pure nice! Our experience with her was wonderful. It was pretty busy and there was a bit of a wait, but well worth it. The food was delicious!

Let me place a order knowing they had no one to check me out on the register. I did a take out order so I wouldn't be late for work but they didn't care. I was told the manager was 10 min away for 30 min. My food ended up being a mess. Which I didn't eat and tried returning after my shift, but they refused to refund or do anything to rectify things.

Quick service on a Thursday night. Server was friendly and food was quick. The bacon cheddar tots were great but my eggs over easy were overcooked. Table was a bit dirty when we sat down. Quiet at 11pm.

Our food was fine; however the place could've been a little more sanitized. The steak sauce that was brought to the table was obviously grabbed from a previous customer because there was sauce all over the neck of the bottle. You could tell the menus had not been wiped off since 2020. On top of that, half of the staff did not have on masks. I'm not from Milwaukee, but I was disturbed that this establishment does not require their staff to wear masks especially those dealing with food.

Food wasn't the greatest!! Ordered a side of onion rings...few of them burnt. Main meal didn't taste fresh. Roasted potatoes were very overcooked. Sauce for the bourbon chicken was lackluster. Barely any flavor. Depressing atmosphere. This experience killed any future desire to come to Denny's. 😥

The service was terrible. Our waitress took 2 breaks while we were there and the left without saying anything to us. We had to go to the register and ask for takeout boxes and our check. Turns out a couple waitresses left and there was one for the whole building! We gave the tip to her. The food we got was barely warm as it had been sitting in the window forever while our slacker waitress was on her 2nd, or maybe her 3rd break....I lost count....

Hats off to Denny's annual salute to veterans. The grand slam breakfast is always appreciated by us vets. Coffee is always hot and food, too. The only issue seems to be what server you get.

My mom and I had breakfast there this morning, and while we have eaten there in the past we will never go back. There was a dead beetle on the floor and one live on by the register. When I mentioned it to our waitress she did sweep them up and said that they were just potato bugs! The fruit that we ordered with our breakfast was unacceptable as the cantaloupe was so hard you could even cut it, and my mom’s banana was brown. When we mentioned it to our waitress, she said we don’t prepare it here. I told her I felt that we shouldn’t have to pay for it, an agreed to remove it from our bill. Also, there were quite a few tables that had dirty dishes on them, but the waitresses just continued to walk by them. Our waitress didn’t come back to our table until we were done with our breakfast, and only then did she ask if we wanted more coffee. Like I stated before, this wasn’t our first time having been there and previous service was very good but today our waitress seemed to have a bit of an attitude. After seeing pests in this restaurant I would not recommend it!

These were the onion rings that came with my burger, just two actually onion rings and a blob of something. Service wasn’t too bad but why does your Waiters not have uniforms? It literally looked like random people just walked in and started serving people.

The staff is very friendly and the manager goes around asking how your food is and if there's anything he can help with. Exceptional experience.

Our server was very attentive and the food was great. They all deserve a raise for their customer service, which was awesome, the food was great, and they all were working very hard even with how busy it was to keep up, and they did.

I was in the bathroom and there were 2 employees in there as well for about 20 minutes , discussing another employee . What really bothered me ?? THEY DIDN'T WASH THEIR HANDS AFTER USING THE RESTROOM !!! VERY unsanitary, for as long as I've been eating here , that's something that would cause me to NEVER COME BACK ! OTHER THAN THAT , they have a new employee named Melissa, and it's sad to say she's only been here for barely a month and she's better than the ones that have been here for longer .

Food wasn't that great, no butter on my toast, pancake was over cooked, hashbrowns tasted old. Server seemed like she was new and learning but she was very nice.

They aren’t actually open 24 hours. You have to order for takeout, but this isn’t clear at all if you call there or look at their hours. Was hoping to enjoy a late night dinner out, but I guess not.

We love going to get Breakfast. We love the pancakes and scrambled eggs, oh and the fries... My 1yr old Loves!!!! the fries. Thank you and we should ALL be a little bit more patient, there's understaff everywhere!!!

I had Breakfast for Dinner. The only thing that kinda bothered me was that the food had a bit too much salt. Glad I tasted my food before adding salt. I would have been very upset.

I along with my friend went to eat on my birthday for brunch The waitress was polite and nice I ordered grand slam with biscuits and gravy 2 sausage links and 2 eggs coffee to drink She had a build your own breakfast 2eggs toast 2 strips of bacon She had soda to drink It didn't take long for the food to come out That's good normally but my entire meal was luke warm at best We ate it paid & then left I don't blame the waitresses She didn't cook the food but I guess it's to be expected now a days from some employees This pretty much the same experience last time I visited a denny 10/13/22 reply: Why would I send back the food to receive another plate of cold food If you can't get it right the first time then I don't bother This just means you lose repeat business Try working on getting hot food out to customers instead just pushing orders out

I had not been in this Denny's for a few years, and I am glad I stopped in a few days ago. The service was great; the food was hot and delicious; and the price was still as affordable as I remember it. It was busy on the day I went, but the patrons were patient and considerate of others, creating a pleasant atmosphere. BTW: Denny's has the best pancakes anywhere in the US and is the main reason I eat at their restaurants!!! I will be returning. I recommend this restaurant to EVERYONE in town. Make sure you leave tips for their friendly personnel.

Poor service: had to repeat constantly what me and my party needs were to the server. And long delay vs the amount of guest at the restaurant during our visit. Worst the food wasn't prepared properly.

I usually get Ultimate Veggie omelette, hashbrowns, egg white & pancakes and Cheeseburger & broccoli. Pub the buttermilk pancakes. Decades later, Denny's is still a staple for me to frequent. Since the pandemic I couldn't even put a number to how many orders I've placed, lolbvs. Casual atmosphere to dine in or order to go. Either way, you'll be back.

Went to dine there today and the person at the front was very rude and told us to wait for 20 minutes for a table even though the place was almost empty And a couple came after us and they got seated right away. If you don’t want to get discriminated don’t ever go to this place.

Food was good for my dish, but they got one dish completely wrong. When we talked to the waitress she tried to blame the fact that it was wrong on us. While yes, the customer is not always right, it was not handled in a professional manner. Had to flag down the waitress many times as she did not come and check up on us or even ask if the food was okay.

This location is 9 out of 10. Servers are wonderful and there are a few who stand out more than the others, but that’s also because of the experience they have. And they keep cleaning every chance they get. However be aware of the wait, since it is on a major street and everyone stops here.
