Mike the owner, made our Milwaukee tour informative (June 28, 2022). A must for all the visitors if you want to know a lot about the city. Surprisingly he used to live in San Anselmo, Marin County, CA where I am from (San Rafael). He was a tour guide in San Francisco, CA as well about 10 years ago which made him very well rounded. If I come back to Wisconsin again in the future, I will take another tour from him. Well worth it. My rating for Untapped Tours is two thumbs up and four stars.

This is a Must-Do especially for first timers in Milwaukee. Mike is a pioneer in this tour running it in the past 11 years. The tour gives you a Birds Eye view of the top sights and landmarks of Milwaukee. Visited the City Hall, Pabst , the Black Cat Alley, the Historic third ward, the North Point Lighthouse, The Public Market , the Major museums including the Milwaukee Art Museum and much more. Mike will take you to the breathtaking views of Lake Michigan and the upscale neighborhoods. I highly recommend his tour. Learned so much in the tour. Don’t look elsewhere! Thank you for a fun experience .

Just got back from a trip to a Milwaukee. Wow! What a great city to visit. If you are heading there, this tour is a MUST! Book it early in your stay so that you can see all the city has to offer. Mike did a wonderful job of making the city come alive from its historical points to current hot spots and random fun facts! Great guide! Great city! (And even great cheesy jokes! Haha) Thanks Mike! This was an all-around great tour! I've lived in Milwaukee for 30 years and was surprised at how many things I didn't know about our great city. It was very entertaining, interesting and the perfect length of time. I have relatives coming to visit next month and already signed up to bring them on this fun tour!

Excellent guide with a pleasant personality. Saw lots of interesting Milwaukee highlights. Enjoyed stops at Art Museum, painted alley, lighthouse, and market. Comfortable van. A must for anyone to get a good overview of places to visit.

This two hour city tour was well worth it. We had a good time. A stop at the market allowed us 20 minutes to wonder around and got a cup of coffee was very appreciated.

We had a great time! Mike (the owner) is incredibly responsive to email inquiries. His tour accommodated my 8-year old daughter. We were joined with a lovely group of four and had a great time. The pace of the tour was perfect; it was a nice mix of walking and bus touring with several short stops and two longer stops that included bathroom breaks. The final stop provided an opportunity to shop for lunch, a snack, or just coffee/drinks. The format was a nice mix of sightseeing, hearing historical facts, and sharing some light humor. This was the best use of two hours visiting a new city and I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Milwaukee for the first time. I would also recommend this tour to locals interested in a relaxing adventure that allows them to learn a bit more about their beautiful city.

We enjoyed our tour. Mike was awesome and so full of knowledge. We wouldn't have known all that Milwaukee had to offer had we not taken the tour! We are so glad he was able to squeeze us in on Easter Sunday! Thanks again! Now we notice the WI creamy brick everywhere we go! Haha!

An absolutely fabulous way to see Milwaukee. As a traveller, I have gone on many city bus tours - Untapped Tours and Mike are one of the best!! Mike is knowledgeable, communicates in a friendly and informative manner, hit the highlights of the city and paced it in a very enjoyable style. We were able to get out at places I really was hoping to visit. Mike knew info about the art about town. The time went by so quickly and enjoyably. I would highly recommend this tour.

What a delightful tour of Milwaukee that my family had with Untapped Tours. Mike was extremely knowledgeable about many events, restaurants, activities, and history in Milwaukee. Though we are from Milwaukee, we learned a great deal that we didn't know or hadn't seen. I highly recommend Mike's company for both people coming in as tourist in Milwaukee and for long-time residents. Great fun!

W O W!!! This is an amazing tour. We knew there was a lot here to see and Mike handled it all beautifully, touring us through a walk through downtown. We saw the Riverwalk, Bronze Fonz and several notable buildings. Then we hopped on the bus and passed the Museum Mile, Black Cat Alley the homes of the beer barons, North Point Lighthouse, the Milwaukee Art Museum the Third Ward, the public market, Pabst Brewing Company, then back to downtown. Totally packed with detail and history and he stays up to date on everything currently happening too. Totally a must do!!

Fantastic tour!!! Mike did a great job guiding us through wonderful Milwaukee highlights. The shuttle was modern and clean. We stopped a few times for short walks to get closer to a few of the sights, which was nice to stretch our legs. I highly recommend Untapped Tours for anyone with a spare couple hours on their hands!

We were in town for the weekend, and Mike Was willing to personally escort us around the city for a tour of Milwaukee. He was on time and very professional, and we enjoyed the tour very much. If you’re looking for a good tour of Milwaukee, you can’t go wrong!

The hidden gem of Milwaukee! First of all the tour guide was excellent! He knew his stuff, answered burning questions & was funny! He really showed my wife & I that Milwaukee is really one of the best places worldwide. I don't want to give away too much of the tour with a bunch of our photos - but if you're hesitant, don't be! Take the tour & You will not regret it. We are so glad we came & did this tour. You get to see & learn a lot! Thanks again Mike!

Mike was a great guide! He is nice and personable. He drove us around the great sites in Milwaukee while providing interesting history and facts. We also had opportunities to depart the bus and take pictures. We would not have been able to see all of the sites with just walking or mass transit. It was great to get the local flavor from a local who truly loves his city! We left our visit with a greater understanding and appreciation of not only Milwaukee but it's nice and down to earth residents. Thanks so much, Mike! All the best to you and your family!

Mike was awesome! There were only 2 of us but he did an excellent job. It is totally worth it to see some major places in MKE that you may not otherwise.

Mike was awesome! My wife and I got lucky and got a private tour since nobody else had booked. Mike was fun to chat with and shared his deep knowledge of Milwaukee. We saw sights we wouldn't have thought to search for. Would definitely recommend this tour!

Perfect Milwaukee tour! Tried and true. I chose Untapped Tours on TripAdvisor over the top-rated tour because I liked knowing that Mike, who had nothing but rave reviews, was the main (possibly the only) guide. A Milwaukee native, he’s extremely knowledgeable about the area, and the tour bus is his livelihood. And it’s a well-oiled machine - literally AND figuratively 😉. It’s a nice little bus with great visibility, and Mike knows what he’s doing, so it’s smooth sailing. I was nervous about the aforementioned tour as satisfaction of customers seemed to depend on which tour guide they happened to have that day. Mike is a Milwaukee native, so extremely knowledgeable about the area. He was friendly and funny without being over-the-top. He even drove us past his friend’s new “house” (it’s a mansion, really) and said that if his friend was home, we could go in! That was a fun and quirky little addition to the tour, even though, unfortunately for us, his friend was not home. If you want the perfect overview of Milwaukee, book this tour! 😁

Definitely worth it. It's not only an interesting and fun short introduction to the city, it's the first walking/driving tour I was able to actually hear all of what was said. Unlike most walking tour guides, Mike speaks up and angles himself so everyone in the group can hear, and on the van, he has a speaker system. He is very knowledgeable about the city and was able to answer any question that came up. We also appreciated his sense of humor. Thanks for squeezing us in, Mike!

A Fantastic way to get to know the city!! I joined the last tour of the season with just a few other people on a cold, rainy day in Milwaukee but we had a blast and learned a ton about the city. The tour was informative, enjoyable, funny and turned me on to other activities/sights to see.

We stopped in Milwaukee today during a road trip. Mike was willing to meet us as we came into the city to give us an awesome tour. He took his time while we snapped pictures and enjoyed the views. He was very knowledgeable and made the tour fun. The bus was extra clean and we felt safe being on the bus and during all of our stops. Thanks Mike for a perfect tour of the city!
